Horrible customer service. I always buy my auto stuff from Autozone and never have had a problem until now. I was trying to buy a part and match from one of the competitors. I go to Autozone and tell them how much the part is at the other place. The man (autozone employee) called the other place and asked for the price. I think he couldn’t believe the price because he asked about three times how much the price was and made sure they had the item in stock like 2 times. After he hangs up the phone I ask him, how much did they tell you the part cost. He didn’t want to tell me how much they told him so he answered me with a question asking me how much they tell you. I replied you just got off the phone with them how much did they tell you. He tells me I will give it to you for what they told you, I said fine. Then he says he has to order the part from one of the other stores and the part will be in the store in the afternoon/evening. I came back that evening and I guess it was a new employee that tried helping me. He had no idea that autozone did price mach and was asking one of the other employees. Then the other employee that helped me earlier comes and says yes we are going to match the price. He ask me again how much did they tell you the price was. I had just called the competitor store from outside autozone to make sure about the price of the item and this time I told the employee how much did they tell you earlier when you called and he replied saying he didn’t remember so I gave him the price. He comes back saying I can’t give you that price. They made me lose a day for running around when I could of just bought it at the competitor store. Don’t buy at this store.

On 3 separate times I have had nothing but horrible customer service experience with this location. DONT SHOP HERE!!! AutoZone sells good quality parts but to me customer service is vital! Go to any other AutoZone! I am hoping district manager will notice and replace staff /management at this location. 1st time was asking for help looking for a part. The guy acted like I was bothering him and since he had trouble looking it up on the system he would make faces and argue with me like I did not know my own car part. 2nd time they disrespect women. My mom had a bad battery and goes to autozone to have it replaced since she bought it from there. It was under warranty , they ran a battery test said it was fine and they did not want to replace it. She asked for the manager and he treated her like a women that doesnt know anything talking down to her. It was only when I showed up they acted all nice and replaced the battery. 3rd time the guy gave us the wrong part. This time it was my dad and I. We ask for a starter for a Ford explorer and the guy gives us a Ford F150. Granted we should have checked however we dont know what part goes to what in their system. I can only hope this review helps towards making positive changes at this store. Otherwise I am going to start recommending other auto stores.

First, I called my Autozone on 3 May 14 at 9:14am and Esteban placed me on hold for 10 minutes never coming back to speak to me. I really wasnt upset. I know Autozone gets busy on Saturdays. I called back immediately and Jon answered and helped me with the search of a part. I arrived to Autzone at approx. 9:30 and waited in line for 1 min and coincidentally Esteban was at the computer. I informed him in a calm manner that he had forgotten about me earlier for 10 min on the phone. His response, in a defensive tone, was, "as you can see there is only two of us here today." My response was, is that an excuse to forget about me and provide poor customer service?" He then walked away and asked to help the next customer saying he doesnt have time for me. Jon noticed how Esteban handled the situation and immediately decided to help me with my part. I asked Jon if this is normal customer service protocol to walk away from a customer when they want to address a concern. During which, Esteban was discussing with another customer that I was a "cry baby" for "complaining." Needless to say, I contacted all parties that could rectify this matter with Estebans lack of understanding what customer service is all about.

Walked in, one employee was talking on his cell phone about non work stuff and another one was looking around for something he had misplaced. I was told that he would be with me in just a second. I was the only customer in the whole store. He comes over and ask what i need, pulls it up in the computer then goes back to looking for what he had misplaced. Comes back and orders my parts then goes back to looking for what he misplaced. Other guys still on his cell phone. Finally another guy comes from the back and the one that took my order hands him my invoice and says "Pull these parts for me". Guy pulls my parts and sets them on the counter. Other guys still running around looking for what he misplaced. My parts just sitting there on the counter. I waited.....waited......waited.....then i decided to go sign the invoice, picked up my parts and left! First of all, sorry you misplaced something....not my fault. Second of all, get off your cell phone and attend to your customers. Third of all, dont make me wait for a mistake you made. Have someone else help me or just get me out of the store and you can go back to looking for what you lost. Not a great experience at this store.

Ive been to this particular Autozone a number of times and most of the time I am able to find the parts that I need without assistance. However, this time I needed assistance with some hose clamps which are located behind the register and asked the salesman if he could look up my vehicle in his system to help me determine what sizes I needed. His response was "I wish" and tried to sell me a variety of sizes instead. I had also purchased a part from them the previous day that had to be ordered since their store didnt have it in stock. The other Autozone that did have the part was just down the road but rather than tell me that they ordered it and told me they should have it in by 1pm and took down my phone number to call me when it arrived. I never got a call, but went to the store at 3pm and another salesman had to search all over the store to find it and acted like I had ordered a different part apparently since he couldnt or didnt read the receipt that I handed him. I believer I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Go to oreillys if u want better service . 8 people standing around and ask for help and they just point. Ask for help and guy literally rolls his eyes at me. In the end he didnt know anything I was talking about. Go back to ask someone else for help and woman points me to ask someone down the aisle. End up leaving and getting all my stuff at oriellys.
