Received an alignment here. Came in scheduled time and was quickly pulled in. Went to work on my alignment and communicated with me on what was happening. Hour later I get back in the car to leave after paying and before i even get down the road i notice the steering is crooked. Not GIANT ways off but definitely not center. Pull back in and have to wait another hour because someone who pulled in right as i was leaving is already on the machine. Ok not going to make you take his off to fix mine. Second hour goes by and i finally get back in. They fix the steering angle issue citing that the toe was off again on one wheel... The tech thinks he may have moved it while he was tightening it down. Sounds like a lame excuse for a mistake but its possible... All in all almost 3 hours for an alignment. Price was fair and service was cheerful and good except for having to bring it back. Fully average experience with most shops. Annoying but young techs make those mistakes all the time. Edit: second alignment here despite 3 hours of aligning they still couldnt snug all the bolts properly. Almost had my brand new control arms fall out the bottom. Luckily had it on the lift not long later and caught the bolt on the last few threads.

Brought my off-road toy in for a wheel alignment, I was informed that if I did not replace my entire suspension, that I would have to just go home and park it because it was too dangerous to drive. They couldnt find the parts for me so they told me to do my research myself and bring in my own parts to them when they came in. Although Im all about supporting a local shop down the street from my house, I was discourage and went to the Ford dealership. They aligned it, checked the suspension and I was advised that the only wear and tear was normal for a 4x4 vehicle thats actually used to off-road. I then drove it to marble falls and enjoyed a great Fathers Day weekend off-roading.

After an unfortunate accident, I had to take my jeep in to get repaired. I decided on Braun Rd automotive and Im glad I did! I needed a new axle, control arms, control arm brackets and a whole mess of parts. My insurance company at first tried to give used parts, but Braun Rd Automotive fought with my insurance company and got them to use brand new parts! Not only did my jeep get fixed, but it happened 2 weeks before they projected, and the quality of work is outstanding! If anything happens again, I know exactly where Im going!

They are the best value in town and I would strongly recommend them to anyone, especially military troops and their family. Finding a team that we can trust makes all the difference in the world, which is why the only automotive repair establishment in town that I trust with my vehicles is Braun Road Automotive. I have tried other chain stores and found them to be lacking, so do not waste your time with the others to save a few $$ as it will cost you more in the long run. Chris, Reiko, and team are great.

Allow his team to put their surgical hands on one of your biggest investments...Your vehicle! Theyve done several jobs on both of my vehicles. Quality work and friendly service; but most of all I appreciate that they take the time to explain the details of each job - what theyre doing and why theyre doing it. I took my vehicle to get work done water pump, thermostat, belt tensioner and tuneup these guys were so affordable saved me over $300 compared to other shops. I am a definate customer for life plus even gave me a ride home called me when it was ready and picked me up. WOW not many shops do that.

Ripped off my niece. She went there because her battery died and she doesnt know much about cars. They overcharged her for parts and charged her over $110 in labor alone to replace the battery and 1 headlight. $350 total for what should have been about $150 in parts plus 20 minutes of labor.

Oh my god such awesome people took my 300 to get brakes, rotors, alignment and 3M Window tint and got it done the same day and even gave me a ride home and picked me up.......definitely a customer for life they are trustworthy people I only wish all shops were like them!!!!!!!!
