Terrible! I went in for front break pads, he told me all 4 break pads were bad and needed replaced THEN told me I needed new rotors. Tried to sell me $600 rotors and when I said NO he then offered me $300 ones. He would not flip my rotors NOR give them to me when I asked. My total bill was $931. I then went and had Five other auto shops quote me the exact same job for under $600 AND they also said I never would have needed new back pads and they would have flipped my rotors due to the miles and year of my car. I took him all the estimates from other shops and he refused to do anything for me. He said they gave me fake estimates and that he didnt believe them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER if you want honest service at a fair price.

On May 26th 2015, I brought my 2010 caddy in to get a check up on the brakes. They were noisy and the pedal seemed to be getting somewhat spongy. The guys checked it out and returned the car to me in short order. There was no selling unnecessary parts and repairs, just professional workmanship. I will use Boerne Automotive again and will recommend it to my friends.

Boerne Automotive is great place to get your car fixed up. They are very friendly people, and provide excellent service. Lionel offered to pick up my truck from my house, and even picked me up to go get it. This is genuine service, and is really appreciated. They also do fast and reliable work for a fair price. I definitely found my new automotive mechanic shop.

Save your time and money this shop is the Worst place you could take your car i went to have my mustang engine replaced and they sold me another busted engine and they are refusing to fix it. There manger even admited to not checking the engine to make sure the was ok before putting it in. Save your time and money and take you car somewhere else

I trusted these guys to fix a problem with my exhaust from the Cats back. I had the Cats install at another shop not worthy mentioning. I couldnt go down the street without sparks flying. I brought my 2010 Shelby GT500 here and they did a heck of a job fixing someone elses mistake. Wait time and parking were no problem.
