The first time I came here it was pouring rain and they refused to get into my car to move it into the shop so I could get my inspection done. They told me I had to drive it into there myself. I found this to be very rude since they couldnt just toughen up in a little bit of water falling from the sky, Ive never had a mechanic tell me to do that, and I typically go to small mechanic shops like this one. The guy who told me to do that also found it to be funny to crack some bad jokes because I found the service and quality at advanced auto repair up the street from them to be MUCH better, even some cheaper prices on synthetic oil changes. HOWEVER, that was the first time I came here and different people were working, that was about 2 years ago. I have since came back to see if I would have a better experience and could change my view about this place...since then its been much better and Ive had better service. The prices arent too bad, staff is much nicer, and even though the waiting area may not be the nicest looking inside, it still has the necessities, a TV, and this shop is in a good location. They also bring me out to my car to explain and show me everything going wrong with it and what they can do to fix it.

I will not be going back. I came for an inspection and when I arrived an employee tried to tell me I had low blinker fluid. This is a disservice to customers, I knew it was a bad joke, but some customers come with no mechanical knowledge and trust these employees who should be professional. I came here because I knew the location is never busy. Now I know why, there is a lack of professionalism at this shop. I was going to leave after the bad joke, but stayed, and they ended up denting the tailgate of my truck. While pulling into the garage, the employee stopped my truck all of a sudden got out and looked at the tailgate and didnt have the courtesy to tell me they dented it. I noticed it myself. If they would have said something and made a plan to fix it they wouldnt be getting such a bad review. There are better shops around town and I will visit them from now on.

I do not know how they can call themselves as "Pro" Super Lube. Here is my story....... Couple days ago, I went there to replace my headlights set. (Both sides) It took them 3 hrs to replace them. (not including waiting time) [Really???"Pro"???] However, when I drove at night yesterday, I found that bulbs were not in the right angles. [Really???"Pro"???] So, I went back this morning to ask them adjust the position. One guy (Owner), he told me that he can not adjust it and ask me to go other place. I start to argue with him. He was keeping repeating " you ask me to replace your headlight, I did" "Go to other place to fix them". [Really??? "Pro"???] Here, I just have one simple question: "Pro" Super Lube. Really??? "Pro". I think it should be Poor instead of Pro.

Pro Super Lube is by far, the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I have never been to an auto repair shop where I felt like I could trust that the people that are working on it know what they are doing. The people at Pro Super Lube just changed that. The owner of this company (also the lead mechanic) gave me the absolute best customer service I have ever had. He worked around my schedule to ensure I got my car repaired before I needed it and he did his absolute best to ensure that my truck would be fixed the right way without taking too much out of my pocket. He also fixed an issue that ive been asking mechanics about for around a year. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me

DONT GO HERE..take my warning because they will try to scam you and say that you need extensive work done for something else apart from what you came there for For like $1,000+ To scam you. I went to a different trustworthy car shop Kwik Kar lube and it only took $150 and a quick tune up and now my car is running perfect. Trust me go to the bigger shops cause these small rundown shops dont have a lot of business and try to pull one over you to get more money! Do yourself a favor and go to A honest, clean, nice place ran by honest trustworthy mechanics who are professionals! Worst Auto shop ever they tried to take advantage of me and con me please take your business elsewhere anywhere but this place.

I went to this place because my car had a severe suspension problem and it made clicking sound when turning the wheel. After inspection the man in charge told me my car had no suspension problem but the engine, and it need to be replaced, which would cost me nearly $4000(similar to the value of the car). Surely I refused his proposal, and then he charged me $100 for the diagnosis. They failed to find the real problem of my car but took much from me. What I want to tell in here is to keep away from this shop so as to protect your wallet from being lost.

I love this shop. I was visiting my family in Texas and had a few issues with my vehicle. While I was there my oil needed to be changed and my belt was slipping. I came to pro super lube and they were so friendly and experienced that I wished they were in Michigan. I went back to my family and told them they had to go there because of the great experience I had received. I know when I come down again that will be my first stop after a long trip. Thanks guys wonderful job!!!!

They will scam you! They told me that I had to get my front brake pads replaced and change my oil. I called to see how much it would be and it was really high so I had my dad fix it for me since he knows how to do all that. I got the parts and took it to my dad and low and behold nothing was wrong with my brake pads or oil. Perfectly fine. Thank god I went to him or I would have spent close to 200 dollars for something that didnt need to be fixed. I wouldnt recommend going here.

As soon as i pulled up to the garage and parked, I was greeted by a friendly employee. I explained that I needed an oil change and she started work without hesitation. The waiting area was nice and cool, even if a bit wanting for amenities (cold bottled water would be great on hot days). They did not try to sell me any unnecessary services, just simply did the work I requested them to do. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes flat! Oh, and they offer student discounts!

Yesterday my car door stopped latching, causing it to swing open while I was driving. Luckily I stopped at this place and they did everything they can to help me! The customer service at this place is amazing and they gave me the best advice possible to fix my problem. They called the dealership and found out that my car had a recall on all of the doors. If it wasnt for them I dont know what I wouldve done. Thank you thank you thank you!
