Money Mongers! Never ever go to this place. I took my car because my tire blew out and it broke the front liner, and did some electrical damage. They said "Ok we need to do your cars diagnostics". They asked for $90 dollars. I agreed. they did the diagnostics and plugged in the detached wire. that fixed the A/C. Asked me $100. I paid them. They gave me a 2 page report in two days mentioning what needs to be replaced, fixed and labor charges. They came out with almost $600. One of the tiny problems in my car was, it was showing the licence plate light symbol on the dashboard. They gave me a report saying one of the lights was out. I went to Oreillys auto part but there I found that the lights were okey and the sign was still ON.I went back to them and told them that the lights were Okey and asked what the catual problem is. They said they need to to run the diagnostics again and would charge me $90 again. I argued that their report was wrong and that was not my fault..but they disagreed and told me every part has to be run diagnostics and would charge me for each part. I again said that it was fine. but the report was there and that was incorrect and told that it should be covered by the initial payment. But they denied. They are able to point out if the you need to paint your car but arent able to give an accurate report. moreover, the receptionist lady who doesnt do the mechanical work answers your technical questions, gives you the quote and of course argues over the wrong diagnostics. how is that? It seemed like they are trying best not to make the technician speak so that actual problem remains covered. I would say **** this place.
