You get what you pay for. Ive been going to Top Image for 5 or 6 years now for the sake of price, and have had an issue with every single service. The girls are nice, sweet and accommodating, so I never wanted to complain or make trouble; but they cannot follow simple intructions. For example, when I say "just a trim because Im growing it out," that does not mean cut off two to three inches, restyle, relayer and over texturize. The more and more I look at my hair, the more I hate it. I have been attempting to grow my hair out for almost two and a half years now and my hair does not show it. Ive used 3 different stylists, including the owner, and once again, I have had too much hair taken off. Now, I have to wait who knows how long just to get back all the hair I lost yesterday, setting me back, once again. I cannot describe how upsetting this is. To make matters worse, its Christmas weekend and New Years Eve is around the corner... I have places to go and pictures will be taken and Im simply devastated. I have only cried over my hair twice, and both times were because of this salon. I guess I didnt learn my lesson the first time. Like I said, they are very affordable and the girls are nice, so I returned; but Id rather pay more and still have my hair Ive been growing out for over 2 years. Furthermore, upon expressing my discontent, Shelley, the owner, reluctantly gave me a refund stipulating that I can no longer go to this salon. The question is, will banning long-term clients really change the glaring problems of this salon? Needless to say, my sister and myself are not going back.

Only 3 ?...This needs at least 5 stars !!!! Top Image is Top Notch !! Shelly is very personable and a joy to see. Jowana is great too !! that girl can work majic to some hair! I can spend all day there talking and drinking some monster ! Me and my family enjoy going the extra mile from Austin. Thanks guys!!
