I was extremely unhappy with my experience here. Lets start with the fact that they charge you $20 to try an intro class. Fine. I paid because I was told that the $20 would go towards my bill if I enrolled, which I had every intention of doing. If the first class would have gone well, everything would have been fine. It didnt though, and they made no concessions for that. My child walked through all of their activities, and didnt do any of them. None. I paid $20 for my child to walk. I finally went up to Nick 15 minutes before the class ending to voice my frustrations. He said I could not go in to speak to my child, but that he would inform the coaches. The coaches were nice, but at no point tried to get her to participate until after Nick said something to them. Before that, they didnt even try to help her just in case she didnt know how to actually do the skills. Because of this, I tried to see if they would apply my payment to a second intro class on the weekend where I would be able to go in with her a bit to encourage her to do the activities. Once again I was met with resistance. They were completely inflexible. The only thing they would budge on is if my child was screaming the entire class and refused to go in at all. Thats a bit ridiculous. I guess they have so many clients that they didnt care to lose one with 2 children over 20 dollars. After several conversations I was told that the $20 intro fee could only be applied to enrollment after the first class. I would have to pay another 20 for another intro, and lose the first 20. None of this was told to me until almost a week after my intro class. Apparently every week is a new billing cycle, and if you dont sign up right after your class, you lose it. Make sure if you do try this location, you know ALL the details beforehand. They will not budge in any way, shape, or form.

My wife signed up our 3 yr old and her friend signed up her son at the same time for classes. Things were going ok, my son didnt seem to keep focus in the class which is not their fault so we finished up our paid sessions and quit going. About two months later my wife realized that they continued to bill her card for the last two months without our consent. We called and they refused to refund the money stating that we were told it was a recurring plan. Oddly enough the employee that neglected to mention that wasnt working there anymore. After two months of billing us and knowing we werent showing up i would have expected a phone call but i guess since they were getting their money they didnt care. They offered free classes and birthday party (my sons birthday is in May so that has no value). After many stressful phone calls they finally refunded most but not all of our money. Come to find out that they are pulling the same scam on my wifes friend. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but this was clearly a failure on their part, on many levels. We will not be returning or recommending them!

My daughter and I enjoy every moment spent at the little gym!! We have been going to the Little Gym for almost four months and I have seen many positive changes in her. She is out going, confident, willing to share with others, friendly, and learning to interact with other children as well as adults. I am a stay at home mom and these qualities were hard for me to teach her by myself. I really enjoy working with Mr. Nick and Ms. Stephanie, they have always been very friendly to us and always willing to help. I have never had a billing issue although after reading some of the other reviews, I do remember being told that the billing would continue unless we stated otherwise. I think that the staff has a lot more to focus their attention on (our children and curriculum) then making sure us forgetful parents know when its time to renew and when to cancel. Parents such as myself change our main class times so frequent I am sure its hard for them to keep up. I applaud The Little Gym of Southlake!!! You put a smile on our face every time we come!!!!

Was managed a lot better with the previous owner when my older kid went there for a couple of years. Now the ownership and management is taken by the cheap new guys with used car salesman attitude of making money without delivering services. Refused to refund our early enrollment fee despite asking for it within their time line well before classes started claiming that it was taken by the previous owner and they are not responsible. It is a franchise operating in the same location under the same business name and they are being openly fraudulent about payments made in store. My children are not going there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Clearly they have no business sense as they are going to run out of people that trust them and those that provide referrals trying to rip $300 off for services not delivered.

My 7 yr old is in Karate and has had so much fun with it all summer & really looks forward to class. My 5 yr old didnt seem to fit in at another gym we tried (was too strict for his age; he quit wanting to go), but at Little Gym it was a perfect fit...they keep the kids going with skills while taking turns working 1:1. It also has the perfect amount of creativity that is so needed for this age to keep it fun & interesting. They both like being able to join optional classes for extra practice when they can as well (these have been very helpful to get all their energy & exercise requirements in especially on rainy days & the heat of the summer).

The Little Gym of Southlake is amazing! People only leave reviews when they are dissatisfied. Don't make a decision on a few unhappy people. My little girl has been attending since she was eighteen months old and will be three in a couple of months. She absolutely loves it and as a parents, we have been very pleased. When we pull in the parking lot, she's yelling Mr. Nicks and Miss Stephanies name. It's a wonderful program for young childrens developmental and gross motor skills. They are very kind and personable!!!!

The Little Gym made our sons 5th birthday party so fun and easy! Not only did they provide birthday invitations, they handled every detail. When we showed up with extra favors, the birthday leaders, Tori and Leah, took them from us and knew exactly what to do with them. The decorations were adorable. The kids had a blast playing all the activities Tori and Leah led them through. David said it was the best day ever! And when it was time to go, they did all the clean up. I would highly recommend Little Gym for kids birthday parties!

The teachers are amazing! Mr Nick and Miss Stephanie show knowledge, caring and passion every class. They are fun, positive and energetic. Their interaction with each family in and out of the gym is superb. The classes are devided well and skills appropriate based on age and skill level. The progression of skills taught are paced perfectly and keep the kids attention. I also like when they come out to talk to the parents about the lessons of the day. We love The Little Gym!!
