The staff has no credibility, we signed up to this new location back in Jan. and we were informed that the gym would open in Feb. Come to find out the staff member who misinformed us no longer works for the company and now we been given a different opening day. We already paid 2 monthly charges and this place has not even opened. Now I am leery about moving forward. I have requested someone to call me regarding reimbursement and cancellation of a membership and of course No one cares about my concern. They are too busy finding people to pay to get the place constructed to even open. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and honesty. I dont usually write reviews, I just want people to be careful when dealing with these folks. Good luck!

Tried this club out for the first time yesterday and LOVED IT! I have a steady workout routine and have been looking for something challenging, different and fun. To be honest I was intimidated at first to try this because I have never boxed before. The staff there was incredible! They were so inviting and set my hesitations at ease. The Manager, Jae took his time to make sure I was all set for my first kickboxing class. The hour flew by and I was totally energized! That was the most fun I have had in a long time in a class setting. If you are looking for a supportive team environment that is a TON of fun, this is the place! I have already rearranged my schedule to make it to another class

When i first heard about this gym i had high hopes and expectations for a gym labeled "UFC gym". However this has been the worst gym i have set foot in, in a lifetime of training and exercise. Poor credibility on all coaches for mma classes as well as a lot of disorganization on class times. They have also gone as far as to use several members credit card info AFTER the memberships were canceled, to continue to charge them...Just wait theres more. The gym reeks of the manager, Gabriel Toomeys, tobacco dip, as well as of marijuana, due to employees partaking in the illegal lifestyles out side of work.

EVERY GOOD REVIEW ON HERE IS FROM AN EMPLOYEE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM This place scams credit cards, refuses to Handle any issue, they will not give any money back... the boxing coach has never actually boxed... hes young and has no experience. the bjj coach doesnt show up half the time and random coaches that dont know anything show up for him.... This is just absolutely the worst place Ive been too. The old manager was extremely unprofessional, but the new one does nothing. Not a thing has changed please do not go here. Its surprising UFC is okay with this

Well I dont work there Im self employed. I been across the street for three weeks working out with a trainer. No goals no weight taken no measurements and very bored. Called from gym to UFC talked with Jessica came in next day she gave tour introduced me to GM and he got a trainer to talk with me. I set up with him that day when we were done I was impressed. A lot of classes u can do also. I lost money across the street but I know this is the place for me. You can feel it when u walk thru the door.. I will be seeing Gabe today... pumped up...

Poor excuse for a gym! This gym doesnt deserve the 1 star! The staff lied and said they would be open in February, that never happened. They also said the hours would start at 5am and also is not true. I never received notification on when the gym would open I had to drive by to see the sign. I asked to speak to the owner Aaron but Jae gave me the run around. Jae said Aaron would just tell me the same thing and just offered my last months payment. I paid $130 upfront. The reviews below are from staff not actual members which is ridiculous!

Amazing all under one roof training facility. Free weights, cardio equipment, turf for strength/functional fitness, TRX, bag cages, mat area, adult classes, youth classes, jujitsu. My kids and I have the Champion members access and go to the gyms in Richardson, Plano, and White Rock. These places are nice.

Wow!!! This place is really nifty!!! Nice and clean, awesome staff that are attentive and friendly. I love the helpful advice that I got from several of the instructors. I needed a new routine, one of the best workouts that I have had in a long time.

Love it! I started 4 days ago and im loving it i have lost 11 pounds sence i started and im a member and i dont work at the gym i just lift and work out if you see a 15 year old named michael scott thats me and dont be afraid to say hello

This gym is GREAT! I visited recently and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They had state of the art equipment and very clean. I cant wait to take one of their classes! You cannot go wrong working out here!

The staff is laughable. They hire big guys to work there but 100% no martial arts expierence. Watch someone that works there to hit a bag youll laugh your ass of if you know what youre looking at. BOOOOOO

The facilities are very clean which is important for a gym, the equipment is top notch and l hope to learn jujitsu with the classes( included with the monthly membership )
