My son was at this daycare for over a year. He started when he wasnt even walking yet. He grew alongside his friends and teachers into a handsome bright young toddler! The owner of this daycare is an African American woman by the name of Felisha is extremely rude and disrespectful when a parent has a concern or issue about something thats happening in her establishment, she becomes enraged and extremely violent towards the parent and it happened to me on several instances. I remove my son from this daycare recently because of her abrupt attitude and level of disrespect towards me when when I bring issues to her attention . Please be aware that she will not be disrespectful towards any husband or man she only directs her negative attitude towards women only!!!! I am a African-American woman myself I believe putting money back into the African American community and businesses is awesome. Ms. Felisha has a lot of thinking to do and me myself I believe that she needs to take some classes on customer service. I will also like to say that the teachers that she has working for her are awesome theyre beautiful bright minded individuals that really care about the children! As you take a tour of this day care to find a new place for your child pay close attention to the owner you wont feel comfortable in her presence,pay close attention to the Vibes Im telling you people she is not right! Shes a arrogant mean woman! Good luck on your daycare search!!!!! 11/30/2016 Mrs. Felicia called me November 30th 2016 at approximately 2:37 p.m.the call was missed but returned,not only did she called me but she called my husband as well.She threatened to sue me for defamation of character for this post told me I had 24 hours to remove the post from the online site or I would see what will happen . A police report was filed and documented for the threat ! The above review is true and took place October 25th. 2016-

I waited to post my review just to be more level headed with my experience. Although this place may seem affordable upfront and seemly close to the residents in the Apartments it seemed to me as just a money pit. I did read the reviews before I enrolled my child but of course I figured everyone has there own experience. Pros: Convenience, affordable (upfront) you will pay more with supplies etc. Staff members we good the ones that I came across. Cons: Customer service, empathy and a Love for children. I feel the staff had a love for kids not so much the Director. What made me pull my child was just simply customer service. My child was sick an over the break they were already out of school three days and although I had already spoke with a Staff member there because she called concerned about my child the Director called and basically said I was late on my payment (which I have never been the entire time she was enrolled) and that I was responsible for 30 days payment if I decided to pull her from the facility. Not once did she care about the well being of my child. There is pretty much a fee for everything and the tuition prices are pretty much to whomever discretion I called and received a different price via phone then what I was quoted in person but I figured maybe they went up. But overall this is just a facility and you pay for everything and your child is just a check. Good luck!

NO STARS... Extremely dissatisfied! Child Maltreatment viewed in the pre-k classroom from the teacher Janae! She was violently jerking children around by their arms including my son. They failed to meet child: teacher ratio requirements. 18 children that I could count were being watched by one adult. No wonder Janae cannot handle her classroom. The director Felicia is doing a poor job as well. My husband and I contacted her on several occasions. She was always too busy to talk to us and never contacted us back. And on top of this Mrs. Felicia made sure to let us know that we still have to pay them for two weeks of care after pulling him out because were breaking the contract! Excuse me Felicia but you broke the contract by not providing the minimum standards of care listed on that contract! Not only have I pulled my child out and writing a review as a WARNING to others but i have also reported this facility to the department of family and protective services (DFPS)! You can check out their history on this website. Please look them up. This is not a good facility to bring your sweet children to.

Creative Kidz for me and my family has been total AMAZING and even describing them as AMAZING is not even a fair trade. I have no word that will sum up their character and service they provide for me and my family! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and the kids love them. I enjoy seeing how the kids gravitate toward each teacher as they work with them on lessons or just great fun and games. Every time I enter the center I see the ladies hard at work! i just want to take this moment thank Ms. Felicia and her staff at Creative Kidz for being the best daycare providers for all children in their care!

BEWARE!! Worst daycare ever!! Abusive teachers, money hungry Owner/Director! Very ghetto and unprofessional! They deserve 0 stars!! Please if you love your children do not bring them here!! There are plenty of other places to take your children!
