PLEASE READ I WORKED HERE Had my child here for under a week after accepted a job there they offered discounted childcare. Great? WRONG. THEY ARE HORRIBLE FILTHY PEOPLE and they do not care about your childs well being they only care about state funding and making it through their work day. They ran out of food and snacks a few times for the afterschool program children whom was hungry of course after a 8 hour school day! I complained a few times to the Directors and nothing was done to correct the issues. I was made to feel wrong for speaking out and when I backed down and said well whats the point of saying anything was fired. There are roaches crawling all over the kitchen counter tops and cabinets. Never anysoap in the bathroom. The indian decent lady in infant room is AWFUL and DIRTY and I witnessed her changing every child with same gloves and not wiping changing table down in between and then using those gloves to feed the children. Yes I should have spoke up then BUT I told my director instead because I dont like confrentation especially when my child is under a persons care. My son was placed in a crib that was visibly stained and dirty. He got infant foot hand and mouth disease. In a 8hr spand only 2 of his diapers were gone and all of his bottles still there. I could hear him screaming and crying from the back of the building, he cried until he was hoarse and loss his voice. They ignored him and let him cry. He was filthy and no one bothered to clean the snot or tears from his face. His diaper rash in a 2 day spand was so bad it tore through his skin. The directors are AWFUL people. THEY CLAIM TO CARE BUT THEY DONT. I hate this organization and feel they should all be closed down. Not to mention the damn bus safety signal lights didnt work. I reported all of this to the state AFTER BEING TERMINATED. I was blammed several times of reporting it to the state which is why I believe I was fired. I reported it to my directors who didnt do anything to fix solve or better the issue. I was treated horribly and I was frightened for my sons well being. 2Year class the kids were so filthy the diapers were falling apart. This has reconfirmed my child will never be in daycare. These people are heartless and disgusting. The only person that actually took care of the children and treated my child decent was the sweet old black lady in the infant room who rotates with the woman of indian decent. The sweet old black lady was a beautiful soul. She deserves a better work environment. You all should be closed down.

Poor quality student body. Over 95% of the student body pays a reduced cost for childcare given they claim to need government assistance even though their parents choose not to work and just at home to collect child support payments and welfare. These kids bring really nasty habits from home and import them on the kids of parents who do their darndest to bring them up with ethics and morals. Dont send your children here if you care about what company they will be in. Unfortunately, the way the laws are written, child cares cannot discriminate on who they let in. Its so bad that a negligent parent sent there child to this place knowing they had hand, foot, and mouth disease. Needless to say, all of the other students were infected causing their parents to miss an average of two weeks of work are pay some other child care for 2 weeks of childcare because they had to stay home. This place definitely breaks the bank, even for families where both parents are working. This place is essentially the ghetto of Houston daycares and it is for overpriced, especially for those parents who dont qualify for the government aid and have to pay over $80 per day for their child to receive child care. And then they have the nerve to require you to bring a steady supply of diapers and formula. However, I will say that the director at the time this review is written is quite awesome. She has over 30 years experience in child development and is always willing to sit down and have A productive conversation with concerned parents.

From a Veteran Single Mother! Very poorly maintained facility. The toddler room has smelled like urine and fecal matter on multiple occasions when Id pick up my child. Please do not take your children here. The local area has plenty of places where you can take your child to learn and get the child care supervision they deserve. If I could leave a negative star I would. Highly recommend to find another daycare! My daughter was only here for about 3 weeks, they told me in order to transfer her out of this daycare I owed a balance, so I payed my balance, (cash). Two and a half months later kinder care collections contacted me stating I owed a large sum which is ridiculous because I payed (cash) the day I transferred my daughter. I spoke to the Center director, Kya and she told me there is no record that I ever made any payments and that they dont take "cash" payments. Instead of Kya examining the situation or reassuring me that she will take a deeper look at this incident and talk to her other employee as too what happened, she repeatedly kept telling me that there is NO RECORD of my CASH payment. I believe Mrs. Johnson stole the cash I gave to her and kept it for herself. I confronted Mrs. Johnson on speaker with Kya and she denied it. Im absolutely appalled, furious and completely disappointed with this whole situation! THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER THAT WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED! HEADQUARTERS KINDER CARE HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED.

My son is 5 started baby class there loved it up until he was 2 had two more kids my 3 yr old terrified by teacher wit glasses and the 2 yrs old teachers dont watch the kids clean there noses they fight. Picture day came my babies all of them were filthy snotty nose pics horrible. The best teacher was the short lady that teach pre kinder she short wit glasses love her and anitra

My son went for 3 days and loved it! He enjoyed being with other children, playing and learning he didnt want to leave. Until One day the 3-4 year old teacher "snatched" him by his collar and now he is terrified to go back. The teachers and directors are mean to the kids and for $195 a week i would expect superior service. Save yourself the hassle and try another school.

My son was at that daycare for 2 years and loved it. I loved the teachers in all the classes plus the director was very nice! The only reason I had to pull him out was because of a move! I wish I could send him back to that school...it was great!
