My daughter started here about a year and a half ago. It was great. You could really tell that the teachers cared. Then they started replacing people. 3 Directors and 6 teachers later they ended up being classrooms full of teachers who seemed to not pay attentiin to the kids (Except Jackie, she was great!) On one occasion a teacher scolded my child in front of me for not reporting to her thsf her lio had been busted while playing. A few days later, my daughter fell and busted her knee. Her pants were ripped straight through, abd not even as much as an incident report. Then, against my friends wishes, tbey fed her daughter milk. When her daughter said she couldnt have it, the teacher replied "its not gonna kill you." When Crystal, Norma, and Jackie were there it was good. Now, I cant even get them to release myy childs immunization records to me or return my calls. Its not worth the hassle.

Our two daughters ( almost 2 and almost 4) have been there for almost 3 weeks now and they absolutely love it. They have adapted so well. The teachers and admin staff are very nice. They make themselves available to answer questions and give us updates on what the girls are working on daily. We receive pictures and milestones directly on our cell phones through the precious status app. I am really happy I found this place and highly recommend it.

My little ones have been there for about 6 months now and I love it, all the ladies and teachers that work there have been amazing with my girls. My little one had a hard time adjusting but they were patient and super helpful through it and we are so sad to be leaving (we moved). They are trustworthy and awesome ladies I highly recommend them!

We moved from San Antonio and transferred from another la petite, the original director was sweet and the main reason we transferred there. After we transferred tell director received a promotion and someone else become Interim director. I never felt as though the cared for my boys. Needless to say we withdrew our kids.
