My child no longer attends this childcare. However I did feel the need to leave a review for parents who are considering this center! My child was unhappy here and was never given the proper care he/she needed! The classroom was freezing during nap time! During lunch the kids where only given 2 fish sticks or 2 pieces of peaches and water to drink NOT milk! They also drank water for breakfast not MILK! I questioned the teachers and they said the center was on a budget! I took my complaints to management they never cared! They would feed me lies and the teachers would tell me something different. The kids are left out side for long periods at a time! (Teacher told me) I refuse to say what class my child was in for the sake of her employment! I would question the asst. in hopes of getting answers or some kind of help she would always respond "I dont know, you would have to ask Ashlynn" well thanks your a lot of help! Thankfully my child is at a new center!!!! And happy! You can see the difference in my child demeanor! My child is speaking more! my child is no longer moved from class to class to accomadate the centers ratio! My child now has two teachers! NOT one! And most importantly happy! Avoid this center! Its a mess! With the rite person in charge this center could really be nice! And Im not the only parent who was unhappy! FYI! Dont Let Ashlynn fool you during the tour! Looks can be deceiving. Her teachers will tell you otherwise.

Nice center! Nice staff! However........ Im a lil upset with one of the newer teachers in the toddler room at this center! ( I refuse to mention names) She tends to talk bad about her colleagues.......sweet girl but never has anything nice to say about the other teachers which is disappointing! due to the fact that I dont agree with what she has to say about them but it leaves me in a confused situation on whether I need to believe her or not?!?! But I will say this however..........Ive never had any problems with any of the teachers at this center I find that they all seem to be very helpful & kind! Ms.Shelby is very sweet & kind! She is always willing to go out of her way to help me in any way that she can! Very sweet young lady! Ms.Ashlynn very sweet & helpful! She does stay very busy at times & therefore Shrlby is my go to for help! However there is a new assistant director & Im getting to know her she seems very nice & kind! So please dont let the bad reviews concern you because Ive had my child here at the center for some time now (we are new to Houston) & the center is a clean place has loving caring teachers!!! I mean theres a lil to work on but u will know first hand whether this daycare is good for your child or not! I really hope this helps! I didnt give this review five stars because Im upset with the rude comments from the new teacher (toddler room).

My child no longer goes here but over all experience Miss Jesse was beyond amazing with my child always went that extra mile to make sure I always felt secure with my child being there. Although my child didnt stay very long due to personal reasons. My child was in good hands during that short time. Rooms were always cleaned center always smelled great with the exemption of poopy diapers... teachers were always welcoming! With the exemption of one.. another teacher that stood out to me was Ms Yessina also very sweet to make me feel comfortable while drop offs. Much better than my childs actual teacher. ( wont say names) was rude and always looked bothered..... Management does need improvement. Over all give them a 3.

I was not gonna mention how unprofessionally the front office dresses but since another parent left a review mentioning how unprofessionally they dress I will agree! I will just say this ones clothing is too small! And the other dresses as if she is trying to get dads to check her out! Anyways management is horrible! Your better off speaking to the teachers (if you get a good teacher who cares) management is always in a bad mood! Especially one in particularly shes rude. Avoid this center and all the problems it has. Go elsewhere your child will be happier with teachers who actually care and center directors who care as well. This center does not deserve one star!

Safe, well-structured center: a well-thought-out stimulating curriculum and a fun learning environment. Center Director Ashlynn is communicative, positive, caring and helpful. The staff is nurturing and professional. The most important thing: my preschooler loves attending. Location is a plus.

Went on a tour with my wife for our infant/ toddler The supervisor was beyond rude! Had a very unwelcoming face. And was dressed unprofessional.. didnt introduce the teachers properly. OVER ALL most definitely did NOT get our attention...
