My child has never attended to this daycare and Im BLESSSED! I was looking for a daycare and because of the reviews, I decided to check it out. I called prior to driving to the facility and confirmed their hours of tours and they told me anytime before 6:30pm. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I was a little frightened due to the fact that in the front of the plaza there was a group of young males loitering that seriously looked like they were selling drugs. I thought about turning around but decided to at least check it out since I drove about 15 minutes. It was about 5 mins past 6pm when I arrived and when I went to the door it was locked and there was no one in the front desk. I could see inside and it looked like all the lights were off. As I was walking away a tall gentleman approached me and asked if I was picking up a child and I told him no, that I was wanting a tour and explained the hours they told me. He knocked on another door that was on the side of the building and a short african american woman opened the door. At that moment my 3 year old was saying he needed to use the restroom (of course) The woman said that those are their hours but because it was dark now she couldnt let me in. Why do they even say they have hours then? just say "not after dark!" I was frustrated at this time because I had driven a distance, in a hurry, trying to get there in time so they could deny the tour. I told the woman that it was fine and Id come back another time. My son is btw still insisting about the restroom and I asked her if he could use it. She said no because she did not know us. Im 50 about 100lbs... really? but I understood that it is her responsibility to make sure all her kids are safe. I started towards my car and had to hide and pee in the parking lot by my car that was parked by a swimming class because he couldnt hold it. He then saw the kids in the pool and wanted to see them. So we went inside and I see the lady that opened the door coming inside this business telling the front desk girls that I had knocked on her door looking for bathroom and to not let us use it either. I was upset at this time and told her that I how could she be so rude to new customers that were considering this daycare and he response was "you dont need to leave him here" I was appalled and told her how could someone like yourself work there and she said " I dont work it, I own it" I told her that was great and goodnight. She walked away mumbling under her breath... I was shocked but felt blessed to have met her.She owns it? Imagine her staff! I would never ever bring any kid I know here. HORRIBLE!!

Everything was fine up until my daughter told me a child at the daycare poured sand in her panties. Once I reported it to management I felt it was not taken seriously from that moment on. My child was told "God doesnt like liars". WTF does God have to do with my child having sand in her panties? From the moment I told them about her claim, they started telling me "she doesnt listen, she talks back, shes disrespectful"... So instead of them taking it seriously, they decided to step down to a 6yr olds level and point fingers. I was told it couldnt have happened because there were two teachers outside and all the kids were throwing sand. If thats the case why wasnt it in her hair? Why just her panties? I was also told maybe it went up her skirt. The only problem with that is that she did not have a skirt on that day. I definitely will not be bring my child back. I feel like the moment an issue was brought up, they started making excuses and my daughter was labeled a liar. I definitely feel like the moment an issue was pointed out, cover ups started brewing. My daughters last day there upon picking her up, I wasnt there 2mins before the daycare changed the codes on the doors, almost as if she wasnt welcomed back. Completely unprofessional and but convenient. Its sad when the staff agrees with the parent but management looks away and covers up for its reputation instead of dealing with the situation head on and acknowledging that there is a problem.

I red some reviews on them, and saw some bad things written, Anyway we wanted our kid to be well taken care of. So I made an appointment and drove there so I can check things out. This nice lady took me throughout the whole facility and introduced me to all personnel that was there at that time. I was very pleased and finally decided to send my kid there. My son Brian never complains about anything, he integrated very well in to the class. All is going well. I really recommend them as your kid`s All Day Childcare.

They are wonderful, my two year old girl loves going to school everyday and my one year old son is always happy. My wife loves their camera services that allow you to check in on your children whenever you want. The hours are great, especially the after hour arrangement for when my wife and I have to work late. Plus they are very competitively priced, worthy every penny.

Want to say thank you to management and the teachers for taking good care of my granddaughter. I was worried taking her to a place that shes not familiar with but seeing how she interact with her morning teacher made me feel confident that shes in good hands, right now Im having financial difficulties, but as soon as that change, shes coming back. Thank you guys so much

Totally not recommended,, I picked my daughter up from this daycare, and she was asleep. Shes a great sleeper, so I wasnt surprised. When I got her up out of her crib, her diaper was totally full... like the way it is in the morning after sleeping all night... So I changed her. Im 99% sure that at 5:40pm, she was wearing the same diaper I dropped her off in at 8:40am.

Im looking for a daycare now and this will not be one of them... I see a lot of complaints and a lot of people liking those complaints. They dont even respond to those who are hurt by what has happen at the daycare. Nope

almost brought my kids here until i saw the horrible reviews and funny part is look how rudely the owner replies to you the parent! imagine how they treat Your kids!!!! stay away ...
