This was my first time to visit this salon and I picked it because it was close to home. My son and I stopped in here because there was a large sign in the window advertising "Walk-ins Welcome". Well, apparently they arent. My son and I walked into this salon at 4:15 on Saturday. There was one customer in a chair, one person working on that particular customers hair, and three other people standing around. No one spoke to us when we walked in. Instead, we were met with blank stares and whispers as if we had interrupted a party. When I asked if they could do a quick trim on my sons hair, the response was, "ummmm...we dont have time". I asked if they were closed and the reply was "no". Confused, I asked what time they close and got a quick reply of "5:00". My response: "We will go somewhere else". And we did. I was able to drive to another salon where we were greeted when we walked in, waited on a couple of other customers, and still had my sons hair trimmed nicely all before 5:00. We learned our lesson. Just because its convenient and close to home doesnt mean its worth it. I much prefer to go out of my way to be treated respectfully and made to feel welcome. People remember how you make them feel. Customer service is key!!

Very disappointed, I will Never return, not to mention recommend this salon. I went in for highlights-that turned out just ok. I also wanted a keratin blow out. They should have recommended I wait. After spending over $500 my long hair is frizzier than before, and DAMAGED. I will probably have to have at least 6 inches cut off to get rid of the fried look they left me with. Go to a professional was the lesson I learned.

I have been getting my hair done at Design Team for almost 10 years. Great customer service and atmosphere. I have never left disappointed and even if I was they would greatly offer to fix whatever I was unhappy with. They are up to date on the newest styles but also accommodate traditional looks and kid friendly cuts. I recommend this salon to all my friends and will continue to go there!

Worst experience at a salon ever! After several tries they could not get my highlights right. I asked for blonde, thin highlights, instead I had to leave orange, chucky ones! Finally just decided to leave and go to a professional salon.

Their customer service is way below what I expected, never met a more rude salon owner like Pam. The color I got was so bad I dyed it back to my natural. Go somewhere else!!!!!!
