THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE!!! I went to get hairs extensions done with Martha and personally she is very rude, very careless, the whole time it was very painful, I would tell her that I was hurting and she would say "take an aspirin when you get home" very sarcastic and arrogant. As far as the job it was HORRIBLE on top of hurting the whole time I was there, I could not sleep for the next 3 weeks because she made my extentios so thight that even with the wind and slight move it would hurt so bad, unbearable. She made them to close to the scalp that I got some type of allergy/irritation on my whole head. If thats not enough she crossed the hair to make the extensions, pulling hair from one side and the opposite to make every single one. She even got the color wrong. I cried because so much pain every time I took a shower, I even got marks that look like bruises all around my head. She was dirty and drop the utensils and extensions to the floor and didnt even clean them even when I asked her to, she would not do it. She only cares about a quick buck and clients for one time, not caring if they come back or not. I had to go to another salon and pay to have them done right; the new stylist even told me she knew Martha and agreed that she does not care for her clients or even if they dont come back, she just want the money. If you dont want to have a horrible experience like this, listen to me AND DONT GO HERE, I DONT EVEN WISH THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I have had extensions in my hair since January of 2012 and my salon was all the way in Spring and quite frankly I was looking for another salon close to home and after hearing all the rave reviews, I decided to give Martha a try. At first coming into the salon I was skeptical, but after having my consultation with her I was very pleased with her professionalism and she guaranteed I would be having my long hair ready for my NY trip, I was very excited. Martha was very patient with me and her price was right for what I was looking to spend for long hair using the hair loc system. Finally, that day came when she was about to put in my extensions, all I can say is she was fast and the color matched perfectly to my hair and it was beautiful! I didnt have any problems sleeping at night like what Ive heard but maybe their heads are more sensitive...its the price you pay for beauty in my opinion. So nonetheless, I have had my extensions in my hair for 2 months and Ive had only 2 fall out but whenever I needed her, she has been there for me. I have been very pleased with Martha and I highly recommend you give her a try if your looking for the best. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Martha!

Ok so my friends keep telling me to go to Hair Xpressions. Im like why? Its just another haircutting place. Right? They say "wrong" Go there and see for yourself. So I get there and wow first off let me tell you how cool this place is. Very happy and genuine atmosphere. So I sign in and wait to get my haircut. About 5 min Im called to come on down. The lady was very curteous. Tiffany was her name. She asked what Im looking to get done. I say "well i want a fade a little spike in front" For some reason everytime I go to a salon they mess it up which is why I was timid to try another one. Instead of a fade most salons give me a buzzcut. FINALLY, this was not the case. She actually took the time and styled it and made it like I was a new man. I absolutely loved it and def will be coming back here again and again. Thank you so much

Martha is incredible at what she does! I was going through an extreme hair crisis- an overdone, damaging bleach job in a very short pixie cut- and was desperate for a solution, especially when my split ends were shedding from all the damage! She invited me to her shop the day I called (most places will take 2 weeks just for a consult), immediately did a hair treatment service, scheduled me for another hair treatment appointment in the next few days, and then my extensions for the following week. At my last appt., she gave me a topical treatment to apply for accelerated hair growth, which is actually working really well. I dont know how she did it, but I have 18 inch extensions of flawless, natural looking hair, and now my hair health is almost completely back to normal. Im a dedicated customer for life!

What a nightmare, my hairlocs hair was so tangly I couldnt even brush it and then the extensions were all coming out, at least 2 a day and I had to go back 3 times to get them put back in, they werent flat and slipped down. HairLocs wanted the hair back to test it and after 4 weeks I am still waiting to hear back from Martha on this, in the meantime I had to go elsewhere to have them put all my locs including the bag of ones that came out back in and this time they are perfect (flat and secure) with no problems. The hair is still not the best but I guess I am going to have to live with it. Martha doesnt answer her phone when I call and has given me the worst service ever. I will NOT go back to this salon, use caution because if you have a problem you are going to have trouble here getting it fixed.

Firsttimeextension-Sept10, 2011: I found Martha thru my google search and I read lot of good reviews (over 45), she only had 2 bad reviews. I was a bit scared about all the process but, after 2 childbirth and major stess in my life, I lost lot of hair and couldnt grow it long as it used to be. Martha doesnt rush you to do it, she tries to explain all the details and asks you to take your time to decid. I liked that in her very much. I did my first fusion last week and I am so happy everytime I look in the mirror, I look at least 10 years younger! OK it does feel funny the first days, as if something pulling on your hair, but after the first wash it felt much better. You earned yourself a regular customer Martha. From now on I want to look good everyday!

Hair Xpressions is an awesome salon, with exceptional service! I called on a whim, just before labor day weekend, before heading out on a flight to Puerto Rico. Martha was super booked, but still managed to squeeze me in for a wash and blow dry. Mind you, this was my first time there, before a major holiday weekend, and she allowed me to book a "last minute appointment" (THANK YOU MARTHA!!!) Martha is super friendly, and kind and I loved my experience at Hair Expressions salon. My hair looked and felt amazing! Martha listened to me as I told her the look I was trying to achieve, and she perfected it! I will definitely be back and I fully recommend this salon to anyone seeking eyelash extensions, hair extensions, or a simple wash and blow dry! :)!!!
