I asked for layers from top to below my ears. I showed my previous picture and showed other pictures to how I like my hair to look like. I ended up with a Bob cut in the 60s. This is the ugliest haircut of my lifetime. Ive gotten much better cut for a lot cheaper cost. At Walmart, it was less than $15 with shampoo, cut and blow dry. Here it was $28 without shampoo. I dont care about the price but I care how my hair look like.

I came in on Saturday, asked for a cut and style. She never cut my hair just styled it. Then came back on Wednesday and signed in. Someone else came in 15 minutes after me signed in and was taken back right away. Yeah they are friendly, yeah the do a decent job, but really? Why not listen and cut when asked? I even reminded her 2 times on Saturday.

Sat for 30 minutes waiting for a cut. The women coloring hair told someone who called that she "didnt have time to answer his questions" and hung up! When I got called to the chair it was a "mistake" and the women wanted to do the trim that came in after me instead. Such a large salon with only 2 employees working. Not impressed.

Ahn is a stylist at this location and she is great. I always have her cut my sons hair as she does an excellent job and I only use her to wax my eyebrows. Shes outstanding and does the best at it from all the people who I have ever used (which is 20+ years of service spanning 3 states).

Had a bad experience with a haircut and if you want a refund, you have to go through an online load of crap where the district manager can contact you with "all dilliberate speed", which means "if he feela like it" or "never". Ashley, one of the managers, is rude and abrasive.

I got my hair cut by the manager there. She did a great job. I also got my eyebrows done and Id probably give that two stars. I wouldnt go back to get eyebrows done but definitely hair cut. total was $21 for hair cut only.

I called to make an appointment so I could go during my lunch break. The receptionist quickly said "We do not make appointments on Tuesdays" and then immediately hung up the phone on me...

Place has really shaped up lately, the stylists were very helpful and patient and more then willing to help with all my questions. Definitely coming back here for my future haircuts!

Used to be good but has gone downhill recently. They are always understaffed and you have to wait a minimum of 20mins when you used to be able to walk right in and get a haircut.
