Hello, Requested information on travelling to Germany this fall/winter. All I received was airfare information. I can research airfare. What I wanted was vacation packages. I have never done this before and was truly expecting at the very least a response that included a request to meet and go over options. Since I have not received the desirable service I was expecting, I will be looking for these services elsewhere.
