I was really happy about coming here because of all of the positive feedback about the crew; however, I was sadly mistaken. To start with, I went there to get my sensor replaced for my coolant. Simple enough. He unplugged my sensor after two hours of waiting and told me itll take another 30 minutes to replace it. The cost was going to be 185 dollars after 30 minutes of labor. The part was 60 (according to him) despite meew checking online and finding it for under 10 dollars. So 100+ dollars for 30 minutes of labor? Ill figure it out myself. Now, my transmission is supposedly going out.. I take my car to them to give them another chance - maybe we caught them on a bad day? So I go there and wait. Finally two people drive my car to tell me the transmission needs to be replaced. Okay, Ill suck up the 1000+ dollars and get it done. He told me hell give me a call two days after I went there so he can tell me exactly the cost. No call that Monday. I wait and then call them on Tuesday; I leave my number for him again. No call by Saturday (one week after the original encounter). Call them; again hes busy and I leave my number. Then, I wait (my car is almost not going anywhere at this point). I call again the following Thursday (today). She asks for me to leave my number. No. "Okay Im really sorry that he hasnt gotten back to you, Ill let him know you called again and hell get back to you before we close." Well they closed at 6 and now its 7. They didnt call and Im going to another place to get my car fixed. Ended up being my catalytic converter. My transmission was all fine.

Everyone at this shop is amazing!!! I went there after being frustrated with Allen Samuel Dodge and repeatedly getting bad customer service and shoddy repair work, however when you go to All Tune & Lube the guys there treat you as if you are number one priority. They were great in helping me get my truck back up and running in a timely and cost efficient manner and even repaired things that Allen Samuels had done wrong. They even took the time to follow up with me at the end of the day after I had my truck back a few hours to make sure it was running good and I was satisfied. I highly recommend this shop to everyone that needs their vehicle maintenaced, no matter what make or model or the issue they can do it all. I have a Dodge Ram 2500 that was having transmission issue in which Allen Samuels was supposed to completely rebuilt 13 months ago. I was reluctant to take it anywhere else but was tired of the issue not being resolved. When I called the shop they were very friendly and willing to listen to my problem and what I thought was the issue. This shop will have ALL my business going forward. I used to hate getting my oil changed because it was such a hassle, expensive, and took forever. Luckily, a good friend told me about All Tune & Lube several years ago and I havent taken my car anywhere else since! Why am I a loyal customer? Everyone who works here is professional, kind, and happy to help. You never have to worry about grouchy employees. They always get the job done and done right. If they dont know the answer or have the solution, they find it! Theyve never left me hangin so to speak. I also dont have to worry about them telling me that my car needs unnecessary work just to try and make extra money off of me. Very trustworthy! If you do have to wait, theyve got a comfortable waiting area, snacks, drinks, magazines, and a tv to accommodate you. My two year old was entertained and it wasnt a nightmare! Oh, and did I mention they are AFFORDABLE?? Check them out next time your car needs some maintenance and see all of this for yourself!

I have been in Tyler for about 4 years now and I couldnt have chosen a better automotive company to care for my car than All Tune & Lube...yes, I had tried other shops, and Im glad that I decided to tuff it out with them...just when I thought things couldnt get any worse with my car, I was wrong...from tires...brakes...oil changes...oxygen sensors... solenoid valves...altenator...etc, All Tune & Lube employees have exceptional customer service along with in-depth knowledge in solving your mechanical needs to get you back on the road....not to mention if they have to keep your car they offer shuttle services to you...AND TO SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST...their prices are VERY reasonable...So, dont fret, if youre having problems with your vehicle dont hesitate to give All Tune & Lube a try, itll be worth your while.

I dropped my car off yesterday afternoon for an oil change and to find out why my car has been making awful grinding noises. Within less than an hour, they had found the problem and called me to let me know. I ended up getting the part that had broken (Im bad with names of parts but it was something important that had busted) replaced, new brake pads installed, back brakes tightened, and the oil change for a REALLY reasonable price. I just picked my car up today and am SUPER happy with both the service and the prices. The guys that own and run this place are awesome. And they dont tell you 10 things that are wrong with your car just to make money, like some car shops do. If youre looking for somewhere to take your car for a tuneup or to find out whats wrong with it, come here. :-D

I wont go anywhere else. It is very rare to find a good honest mechanics shop and I really dont think 5 stars does this place justice. I am new to town and had the pleasure of dealing with all of the guys at this shop. I needed some ac work done and not only did they take the time to explain what was wrong but they brought me into the garage and showed me. The owner took me aside and offered to work with a payment plan and also offered to have it done in a very short time frame for all that was wrong with it. I also have not found another place in town that dosnt charge a diagnostic fee. They looked it over and tested it to tell me exactly what was wrong with it. This place was beyond my expectations and I wont be taking my vehicles any other place.

Not only do they have the cheapest oil change price in Tyler, but can save you money on other things as well. My truck (F150 180000 miles) was having transmission trouble so I went to a Transmission shop in Tyler and they told me i would need a new transmission (upwards of $4000 and I wouldnt have my truck for a long period of time). Then, I remembered that All Tune & Lube worked on transmissions as well so I took it up there. Not only did they fix the problem, but they did it without me having to buy a new transmission and they had it done in ONE DAY. THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS!! My truck now shifts smoother than it has in years! Highly recommended and great customer service! This is the place to go to in Tyler for any vehicle issues or regular maintenance.
