This is the only repair shop I use for my vehicles. I have been to them 3 times for a repair and once for an inspection sticker and every time I receive excellent service. Once I had to drop my car off for maintenance and they were so nice they dropped me off at work while they worked on my car without charging me! The thing I love most about them is that not only do they do quality work, but their fair. They have never tried to take advantage of me just because Im a woman (like Pep Boys did before) and charge me outrageous prices for things I didnt need. They even let me look under the hood and explained to me what the problem was so I could educate myself. Their prices are great and the service is excellent. You will not be disappointed if you take your car to them!

I went to this shop for the first time, because my usual shop couldnt get my car in to get fixed. I was pleasantly surprised. They correctly identified my problem within 15 minutes. Then, they provided me with a quote down to the penny. They got the work done quickly and well, and they ended up doing the job for less than the original quote. They dropped me off and picked me up without charge. And they did all of this with smiles and positive attitudes. I think that this shop has now become "my" shop. Great job and thanks guys!

. . . I have come to this garage faithfully and religiously since 2012 - 2013 for inspections and minor repairs, and the staff there have always under promised and over delivered. Dates and times given for repairs to be completed have always been honored - usually ahead of time/schedule. If your car needs/requires a part, theyll find it; at a reasonable, decent price. Not one disappointment to speak of yet/to date. Lets keep it that way, lol. ;-)

Do NOT take your vehicle here to get it inspected. There are plenty of other places that do a better, quicker job. And if you happen to not pass your inspection, not only do they charge you, but they also put a big black x on your inspection sticker!

Never mentioned a diagnostic fee and were 30% more than every place just to get a tune up. $606 and 3 other places in town were $389.90. Take your care to Robertson Automotive!
