DO NOT send your children here! I had my baby here 1 week before I pulled her out. On day 2 my baby had a strong cigarette smell all over her body and hair. They do not take the time to try and feed your baby either. There supposed to list what and how many times they feed your baby so as I check my babies bottles only 4oz was gone and they listed that she ate 8 oz. They really only fed her 4oz for the WHOLE DAY! I confront worker and she puts blame on the new girl for listing incorrectly and then continues to say how they have had a crazy day and that they took on another class along with the 10 kids they are supposed to be caring for. Last day there i show up and find blood on my babies bib...YES BLOOD! They had no explanation as to why it was there. I immediately took her and spoke to the director Joan who just looked at it and said sorry and I wish u would have told me about the issues. Like that would have mattered because if she did her job these issues would have never happened. If you really love your child you will think twice about sending them to creative kids learning center.

Terrible. I would not reccomend this daycare. The facility itself is nice, and set up in a nice way. Good playground area. Thats about everything nice I have to say about it. There are a few good teachers, and thats the only thing keeping the place in business because the management couldnt care less. The owner, he is rude and talks to people like theyre idiots. Its obvious that niether he nor the director are the sharpest knives on the rack. The "newsletters" we get are so riddled with typos and incorrect grammar it looks like my 7 year old wrote them. As far as I can see, that means either the owner has very little care for what goes on here or he is as illiterate as she is. Funny, every issue seems to come from whos running it. Its really a shame, the place has a whole lot of potential, but it will never reach it with those people in charge. They only care about the dollar and not whats best for the children, and are disrespectful to boot. Would absolutely not reccomend.

I had my first experience at this daycare yesterday. Im the alternate pickup person for my grandson, and had to pick him up due to parental schedule conflicts. Mind, Ive never picked him up before. I walked into the front door to an empty reception desk, an empty desk where a parent was operating the point of purchase machine herself, and not a single supervisor or teacher in sight. After walking further into the room, I noticed a Dutch door manned by a staff member. I asked for my grandson, and the woman didnt seem to know who he was (Hes been at this facility for almost 2 years.) Both she and another staff member started calling out for my grandson by name. He was released to me without asking for my identity, or verifying that I could in fact pick him up. This daycare is unsafe and unprofessional , has serious problems with management, supervision, and staffing turnover. Additionally, they dont bother to comply with their own policies and procedures.

DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!!!!!! Terrible diaper rash on more then 1 occasion Picked my son up and they checked him right in front of me and when I picked him up he had dry diarrhea on his jeans for who knows how long. My nephew had dry poop in his diaper and it was dryed on to his bottom then last week his mother saw that he was limping and found a screw in his shoe no telling how long he had it poking his poor foot that day then the worst happens his grandmother went to pick him up for the first time and no one was at the desk to check her id and make sure she was supposed to be picking him up and the teacher didnt ask any questions of who she was and just let him leave with out checking I can not believe they are still in business what if some one came in with a gun no one would know untill they heard shots since no one is at the desk checking and seeing who is coming in. This place is not safe for your children.

My Daughter has gone to Creative Kids since she was about 5 months old (shes now almost two). I recommend this school to anyone who is considering putting their kiddos into a daycare. Everyone who works there is kind and truly takes an interest in and loves those children. My daughter is excited to go to school, and I feel at ease and grateful knowing such good people are taking care of her during the day. Nutritious food that is lovingly prepared, teachers who work with and teach even the young children, a director who greets each child enthusiastically by name every morning. Special crafts. Great folks who own it. My kiddo wouldnt be the same little girl if she wasnt there being encouraged and loved by these great people while I am at work- and thats not an overstatement.

affordable! My son hated the infant class, I asked if we could move him to the toddler class a few months before he turned 18 months, They did and he loves it there, he loves his teacher, and Doesnt cry anymore. My kid will continue to go there... as long as his teacher Chelsea is working there. Only thing that bugged me was a few months ago 2 kids in my sons class had hand, foot, and mouth and those kids were never sent home and aloud to come back being sick. They said they called the health department and they said those kids could stay... which blew my mind!

I have worked at another daycare before, and this one is MUCH better by FAR. Everything is kept clean, supplies are kept stocked, and there are not too many children to a room. Everything is open and there is a general air of much less stress. Everyone is kind to the children and the little ones are taught to behave. Crying babies and other little ones are cared for immediately and not left in distress. Would definitely reccomend.

Used to work here and it is horrible!!! The director Joan, plays on her phone and computer, and lets her husband and children (well over the age of 12) come when they please. She eats the food, which is for the children. The infant room is horrible. They let babies cry and cry and cry and complain about them. The teachers in other areas are hateful to the children. I would NOT recommend period!

My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 6 months and we have had a good experience with this daycare. They take good care of my son and the cost is affordable. Yes, there is a good amount of turnover, but you have that in a lot of day cares. My only complaint is that they dont include sensitive formula in their food plan, just the regular.

Awful turn-over of teachers. Nobody enjoys working there. I
