UPDATE/ THE 2 NEWER REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THOSE ARE FRIENDS OF THE OWNERS. CAROL HAS NOW LEFT AND IS AT FUTURE STARS ACADEMY! SHE IS NOW THERE PROMISING TO GET RID OF ALL THE BAD KIDS! THIS DAYCARE IS NOT THE BEST IN SPRING, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THOSE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY WERE WRITTEN AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT TO COVER THEMSELVES! WHATEVER YOU DO, STOP AND DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS DAYCARE I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 START!!! My son which I may start by saying is 2 ½ he will be 3 in a couple of months, started here just a little over a month ago. Every day that he has been there (when they are not closed) has been a disaster. Today took the cake. My son was sent home for the 3rd time since he has been enrolled. Let me say this, I do not uphold my child in his wrong doings, but I do send my child to childcare with skilled workers who assured me they use redirection methods oppose to discipline. I was told that my son would get a daily progress report, art work, and something to allow me to see his progression- I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PROGRESS REPORT, NO ART WORK SINCE HE HAS BEEN ENROLLED, HE HAS ONLY LEARNED TO FIGHT!! –PRELIMENARY STRIKE I have walked in to pick my son up after a long 10 hour shift, to find him wrestling with 3 other little boys in his classroom right in front of the teacher. When I told her I do not allow him to wrestle she said she is letting the boys play and express themselves(NOT LIKE THAT YOU DON’T)!!! I let her know I don’t like that and went on home. 2 days later I get a call to come and pick my son up for FIGHTING- didn’t you all just say the boys wrestling is okay???? Not making it right but you can excuse it one time and not the other, he is 2 and can get confused as to when its “OK” to be aggressive-STRIKE ONE When I brought that issue to the director Carol’s attention she caught a major attitude and basically called me a liar about seeing the kids wrestling. I am the parent (customer) who sends her child to be in care more than 8 hours a day because I have to work, why in the world would you catch an attitude bc I am expressing my concerns with MY CHILD-STIKE TWO I get a call today (now 3 times) to come and pick my son up!!!! I have never in my life dealt with adults that can not deal with kids like this daycare. Lord forbid you bring something to their attention, Ms.Attitude Carol will not like that. DON’T DO IT I BEG OF YOU, PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SETTLE ON THIS PLACE THE LACK OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM AT THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!! OH AND MY SON HAS ALSO SHOWED ME WHAT ONE OF THE HISPANIC TEACHERS HAS DONE TO HIM, MY NEXT CALL – STATE LICENSING, I WILL DEMAND THEM TO WATCH THE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SURE TO CATCH SOME VIOLATIONS!!!!

Our daughter has gone to Brainiacs for almost a year now and we are extremely happy! She is in the infant class currently but still she comes home with artwork all the time!! I got a mothers day pot holder with her foot print on it as a monthers day present, and also took a minute to get a flower and have muffins with her that morning! We love our teachers, especially Ms Damika, Ms Tamika, and Ms. Raina. I would consider them friends at this point. We went to a daycare in the Heights for a month before finding Brainiacs and it was a horrible daycare. The teachers were apathetic, disorganized, and lazy. They refused to give my daughter tummy time and on more than 1 occasion she came home with other childrens belongings. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN THE CASE WITH BRAINIACS! We have a very structured and normal drop-off routine. Our daughter is always happy when we pick her up! She has friends in her class. She has a favorite book they read at school. We get a daily progress report, and the lines of communication with her teachers are excellent. I really feel like they are an extension of our own family! "It takes a village"! Apparently there is a lot going on between the former management and the owner as you can see from the recent reviews, but this has not affected our daughter or our relationship with our teachers. Please see, experience and meet the teachers yourself before believing reviews. We love our daycare and have always considered it a blessing we found such a great one, with such great hours, and great price, so close to home!

This review is a place for people to comment on there experience with a business not for people to air there dirty laundry, go to Facebook for that. So here is my review mother to mother, if you are looking for a daycare to provide a healthy, safe, educational environment for your child then this IS NOT THE PLACE! There are several other childcare centers in spring that would be 100 percent better choice. The owner here is breaking multiple state licencing laws: over ratios, defrauding nci, cribs that have been recalled, unsafe and broken toys in the classrooms and teachers who do not have cpr or first aid training. This daycare had great potential to be something great here in spring but because of the owner is snake oil sales man with only a dollar sign in his eye he could care less about YOUR child. He is in debt with the construction company that build the inside of the school by almost 100,000 dollars, so he doesnt care what happens to your child as long as you pay him his money. You should always ask for a receipt because he will claim you own money or a late fee just so he can get his dollar. The playground is a joke, because there isnt one. Its just a closed in fence with dirt and weeds with nothing for your child to do but sit there and get hot and sun burnt. My dog has a better yard to play in. Please do not send your child here, your job is to protect them and give them the best opportunity for an education in a safe and healthy environment.

My son has been attending Brainiacs for about a week now. The main thing that brought me to Brainiacs is their passion to TEACH. As we know our children are behind compared to other countries and I wanted to ensure that he would be getting prepared for grade school and not left behind. Of course I work with him at home but that is only a couple of hours a day, they are in daycare for 8hrs/day so there is so much more time to learn. A few other things that have caught my attention is the structure. When my son arrives he is to hang his back pack and immediately wash his hands for breakfast. They have weekly folders with homework (which is an absolute MUST for me and the reason I removed him from his previous school;lack of curriculum/lesson). My sons teacher is Ms. Sheenah (spell check) and I fell in love with her instantly. She has a passion for education as well as experience in teaching (prior military teacher) which explains her ability to get through to the children. I have not learned all of the faculty name but Ms. Monique is who assisted me with registering him and she is extremely polite and welcoming. There are two other teachers there that I have not learned names but their customer service has been so genuine and heart felt I have a sense of relief every time I drop my son off. As long as what I have seen continues my baby will be a lifer at this facility!! Thank you Spring Brainiacs Jessica R. Williams
