My son has gone to Growing Together since June 2014. At first we liked it and my son seemed happy. Once the school year started, I dropped my son off and drove to work. On my way to work, Neena (the owner) called me to tell me that my son did not make it on the bus to school that morning. I asked her what time the bus come and she told me around 7:25 but they came a few minutes early that day. I then told her that my son was dropped off at 7:05 that morning to which she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and that i did not have him there that early because she got there at 7:17 and did not see him. I had some very choice words for her and the conversation ended with her telling me that she would have her drive take him to school. Yesterday 11/05/14, I picked my son up from daycare and walked straight to his cubby to grab his backpack. As I was grabbing his backpack I heard a teacher scream a little boys name that could not have been older than 1½ or 2 years old. I immediately looked up at her shocked and at the same moment, she realized i was standing there and did not work there. I went to get my son from the classroom he was in and as were heading towards the front door, I see the same teacher grab another young child by the arm and yank her back. This is completely unacceptable!!!!! My husband and i have witnessed on many occasions all of the teachers (except two) yelling at the children of all ages, even Neena (the owner). DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN AT THIS FACILITY. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN. WE DO NOT PAY THEM TO RAISE THEIR VOICE OR PUT THEIR HANDS ON OUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!

My name is Jessica and I had a son that attended this daycare facility since October 2013. From what I could see I thought everything was going perfectly fine. Over the past few months there would be a bump here a scratch there which I was always informed he fell or another child did it. Well on yesterday May 21, 2014 I arrived to get my son. There were two constable cars in the parking lot but I had no idea they were there on my behalf. When I entered the building they called me into the office to talk. Apparently another child parent saw my son being hit in the head three times by his teach. Long story short, the tape was pulled and the teacher Brittany left in hand cuffs and a felony charge. Now i do understand there will be good and bad employees BUT the police officer informed me that there is record that she has known about Brittans behavior for a year now. When we asked the owner if this particular teacher had any previous incidents she told us no. An owner of a daycares job is to protect the children not the employees. Please take heed and dont let your child be a victim of abuse. Scorned Parent

My husband and I cant say enough great things about Growing Together Early Learning Center. Our boys (ages 3 & 1) have a good time, enjoy all the teachers, and learn so much! The area is always very clean, the price is very reasonable, and our boys have always been very well taken care of no matter what time of day we are there. Part of the reason we chose this daycare was the overall behavior level of the children when we visited a few times. We could really see that the staff, and the owner, Mrs Neena Kapoor, are firm with the children and they understand they need to behave and be safe. Its this combination of firm guidance, genuine care for the children, and a fun learning environment that made us choose Growing Together. We look forward to our childrens future here!
