My son has been there 5 months and has had 6 "incidents". He has been bitten twice, hit in the head with a toy, tripped and fell "or so they say" and busted his lip, bumped his head on the changing table which had a screw sticking out that left a scrape on his forehead. He is a little over a year old and never been in daycare before, this is our first time with the whole day care thing seeing how my oldest son never had to go. It has been a terrible experience to say the least. I dont think that they watch the kids as closely as they should, if they did theres no way my son should have been hurt this many times in such a short time. I understand they cant give my son the attention that we give him at home because there is more than one child but there is also 2 teachers in his classroom so this is unacceptable. My son has asthma that is controlled with an inhaler that he takes as needed, I signed a medication consent form when I enrolled him which they update every 6 months so with that being said I have signed 2. The director was out of town for a week and a director from another location came fill in. My son happen to have a small attack while she was there she called me " your son is coughing really bad and is having a hard time catching a breath I need your consent to give him a couple puffs of his inhaler" my response to her "YES GIVE HIM HIS INHALER, I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED A CONCENT FOR THAT! WHY DIDNT YOU GIVE IT TO HIM AND THEN CALL ME AND TELL ME YOU DID IT, WHAT IF I DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE?" I was so mad that day! I work nights at the hospital so I sleep during the day and usually turn my phone off just so happened that day i didnt. His dad works days which is why hes in daycare in the first place. They called his dad and Couldnt get an answer so they called me, all the time they spent trying to get ahold of us in the meantime my son is have trouble breathing! Needless to say Im fed up with them messing with my sons health, the management dont seem to do anything about the issues and complaints Ive made about these things. They dont have cameras or anything to justify these "incidents" they just expect you to believe them. Well after the first couple times I dont believe a word they say, so come Monday morning my son is going to another place where I no for sure hes going to be taken care of and loved. I pay them on time every week, never been late, we dont receive and kind of ccs or anything like that everything is out of pocket, we should not have to worry about any of these things, seeing the amount of money we spend for our baby to be TAKEN CARE OF!

This school seems great at first, as the teachers know what to say about their curriculum, toys, and routines, but they are not. After my daughter attended this school for just one month, her behavior changed for the worst. She started bullying other children outside of school. Often, I saw that they did not follow some of the rules I outlined for her specifically. Furthermore, I overhead the staff having inappropriate conversations around the children. In my opinion, some of the staff was unprofessional and a little harsh with the kids. I have a Bachelors degree in Education.

My children have been here for almost 3 months now. At their last daycare, my oldest would have potty accidents everyday even though he wouldnt have any at home, but at Kinder care, hes only had a couple. Both the boys are doing wonderful and Im glad they go here now! My youngest didnt talk a lot (almost had to have speech therapy) and now hes babbling and expressing himself more. The teachers are wonderful and very caring and involved with each family. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

This is just based on a phone call.. I looked at the website for this daycare and everything on it talked about affordable daycare. Then I looked at the google reviews and decided to call for prices... Well Im sorry but 160 a week is not affordable at all.. I can send them to a better preschool in Tyler that is cheaper. Thats exactly what Im going to do.. lower your prices guys. This is one of the most expensive daycares in Tyler and I know because Ive called all of them.
