HPV- Ever heard of it? Human Papilloma Virus. One that also causes warts on your hands. Yes, you will find it here! I tried to phone the manager today to discuss this personal matter with the manager but the young man answering the phone would not let me speak to anyone. I cant begin to describe how rude he was. He has no business answering a phone for a business, certainly not a Christian business. He would never work for me for more than a day. So, back to the matter at hand. Please wash your hands thoroughly, wash the machine and the handles before you work out. Lay a towel down before you sit or lay on any machine and always wear shower shoes. I am leaving this review for friends and relatives that have received this virus from Premier Fitness in Tyler. Since I do not work out there, I have no worries from here, but after reading about how and why they received the virus, I will definitely be very careful at my gym, as Im sure they have it there as well. As for the young man answering the phone, please learn phone etiquette and lose the attitude. You should leave that for your friends, not the workplace. For Michael, the owner. Please have more cleaning crews going around more often, hand out supplies so each member can use them before and after their work out.

My wife and I signed up for your Silver Sneakers program a few weeks ago. They gave us a card at that time for one of your trainers and told us to call and make an appointment for her to show us around, recommend the equipment that we would need to use for what we were wanting, and show us how to use the equipment. We called this person and left a message, but we never received a call back. We came in yesterday to see if someone would help us and were told that the trainer that we had already contacted would be the best one to help us. The person at the desk looked at her schedule and told us to come back the following day at 9:30 that she had a class scheduled from 8:30-9:30 and could then help us. I asked if they would leave her a message to let her know that we would be there, and one was written. When we came back, however, she was not there. Evidently she went out of town and had a substitute do her class. Seems to be a lack of communication between employees. No one else even offered to help us out nor seemed to care. How hard would it have been for someone else to show us around and say, "this would be a good machine to strengthen your legs, and this one is good for arm strength?" This was our third trip to your facility and it will be the last.

If you like a place that charges you twice as much for membership, classes, and personal trainers this is the place for you. They will find a way to extend your contract with out your permission so that you have to pay for extra months and the trainers and classes do not compare to the other gyms in Tyler if you are looking for quality. The bathroom is always dirty and crowded and the operation hours are extremely limited. I hated my membership there. Go to the other local gyms in Tyler. They will earn your business.

Love the instructors and classes they offer. Daycare is good too. It is not 5 star only because they can use some REAL GOOD cleaning in classroom and daycare room. It seems like the management are trying to resolve the issues, i am excited to see it.

We went out and drove around a little bit and called the place. They are actually located behind the Best Buy to the south (still on Donnybrook, but off of Reick, not Rice/Shiloh). Just a little FYI.
