I would leave zero stars if I could. Ive been here before and had great service so I returned. Last night I took my son in for a quick haircut and was quoted a 15-20 minute wait time. I could see that there were 3 hairstylists on duty, 2 cutting hair and 1 at the register. I left my son so I could go to the bank, which wasnt a big deal because he knows how to tell the stylist to do his hair. When I came back from the bank, there were a lot of people sitting in the hair drying chairs at the back of the room talking and eating food (which seems a little gross unless you like hair with your food). Every once in a while, they would come up to the front and apologize for the wait so I assumed they might be management. They had a 11-ish year old boy with them who took it upon himself to check and play with the computer holding the appointment orders. I can only assume that he messed up the order of the appointments for as long as we waited. My son noticed two other appointments walk in after us and get serviced before us. Then, after waiting for 45 minutes, the next available stylist took the 11 year old and started cutting his hair, rather than honoring my sons appointment. We walked out at that point out of sheer frustration and the disregard we had been shown. I was very upset that we had to wait more than double the time quoted. Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism of assumed managers apologizing for the wait while taking appointments out of order and lounging around on the equipment. I wont be spending my money here again.

I had been going to Fantastic Sams for YEARS and always received a great haircut. However, I believe theyve had a huge turnover in hairstylists. For the past five haircuts, Ive been extremely disappointed with my cuts. The last time I went in almost brought me to tears. The woman wouldnt listen to me at all, then when I was unhappy, she started getting angry at me and telling me shed been "cutting hair for years and never had a problem". Even after getting a SECOND opinion on my hair, I still ended up with an ugly uneven haircut, which didnt look how I had asked her to cut it. Then I found myself apologizing for being difficult, even though I myself wasnt in the wrong. Do not go here. Its really unfortunate that I am going to have to find a new hair salon now.

This place sucks!!! They said the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes so we waited and this lady came in after us and she signed up and they got her haircut right away so they put someone in before us and then this kid came in with a backpack and his grandma and grandpa and they started cutting his hair before us and we ended up waiting around an hour and a half and we didnt even get our hair cut cuz after they cut his hair they didnt even cut our hair and they were just eating in the back so yeah this place sucks super duper lazy these people obviously do not know how to run a business at all I would like to complain to the manager so if the manager sees this your place sucks

I had a very good experience here. They were busy, but I had not made an appointment ahead of time. I waited 10-15 minutes before I was in a chair. The stylist did an amazing job and helped me achieve the look I was going for. You cant bear the price either! I will definitely be going back.

Best deal in town for the quality. I love the stylists every time I go in. They are skilled and guarantee their cuts and colors. Ive usually always gotten what I wanted and they check at the end of the cut to make sure Im satisfied. The hair wash included is nice as well.

I simply wanted my daughters hair cut straight across and got home after it dried. And its all messed up. Shorter on one side, short in the middle. Longer underneath. And I even went in detail of how I wanted it. This is not the first time its happened.

Absolutely a joke. Was told Id be able to color my hair grey, made a seperate appointment and came in only to find out, they had no idea what they were talking about and what they offered. Ridiculous.
