I had these guys come out to fix a simple problem. They turned it into me needing a new furnace or else we would all die of carbon monoxide poisoning. They didnt fix any of the problems and told me even the repairs would cost $3000. I talked to two other repairmen after they left and they both agreed. The furnace replacement wasnt necessary. I am very disappointed. I paid for a service call and all I got was fear of carbon monoxide poisoning and a very unpleasant experience with any hour. In fact, they didnt even clean the simple sensor which was causing the problem in the first place. I had another guy come out and tell me to make sure I had carbon monoxide detectors installed just in case and cleaned the sensor (which any hour didnt do) and the furnace is working flawlessly. I wont use any hour again.

Matt B. was my technician in Lehi, UT and I had a great experience. They were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours of my call Monday morning. Matt was friendly, helpful, and provided good information not only about the AC unit, but also about the water heater. After the inspection Matt B. provided me with several options ranging from the very basic repair, to the best things I could do for my AC Unit. the information provided helped me make better decisions for my house, and preparing for a new AC unit I will need to get in the next few years. With his help I will get the most out of my current air conditioner. He was friendly with curious kids and worked quickly and got the job done right. I appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Any Hour Services to friends and family.
