My parents, both in their 80s, hired Brian at Bams Electric to replace a gfci bathroom outlet that stopped working. Brian charged them $375.00 for 30 minutes of his time and a $15.00 part. I have called Brian 3 times for an explanation of this outrageous bill and each time he has said he will call me back but never does. Taking advantage of people is bad but taking advantage of senior citizens that are struggling just to pay for their medications is a new low. I will never use Bams Electric and tell everyone I can about their lack of moral grounding and missing business ethics. OUTRAGEOUS!!!
