What an awesome experience it has been to have worked with Mammoth Services. It all began when we had decided to take our rental home, in Chandler AZ, and put it on the market to sell. The only hitch in this plan was we lived in Idaho. For all the necessary items and projects to prepare the home for sale, our first exposure to Mammoth Services, was via email and texting, which can be tricky at times. Our point of contact was a young man by the name of Mitch. Working with him couldnt have been any more informative, supportive, reassuring and a down right pleasure. Every small detailed question was responded to with a quick and concise explanation and also what the next plan of action would entail. Never once did we feel we were left in the dark or unsure of the on going progress, because of the distance. We then were fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to travel to Chandler and see the progress for ourselves and we were defiantly not disappointed. Mitchs organization and timelines were right where he had accurately expressed in writing..with no surprises! Dusty and his crew were on the job, when we arrived, and we had the pleasure to have had an opportunity to walk through the project, with him, and he gave very professional explanations and suggestions of the work being done. What a refreshing experience to have had the fortunate luck to have had this long distance home project done, from start to finish, with such ease and great satisfaction. All we can say to Mitch, Dusty and Mammoth Services is "Thank You" for a job well done!!
