Bryant Electric sent out a guardian angel electrician named Thomas last week. Let me explain. I first met Thomas from Bryant when he came out for an estimate for wiring a hot tub. That same day I was expecting estimates from electricians, I was also getting my garage floor repaired. During those particular repairs, the cement guys discovered a LIVE main house line (LETHAL) was buried underneath the cement where I parked my car. They recommended I call the city to turn off these lines so they could continue with repairs. As the city was inspecting them they assessed the cut and buried lines were a result of line tampering and that the former owners were stealing power. They had been bypassing the meter by cutting into the main line in the yard, thus compromising everything in our home. The cement patch job in the garage was a shoddy and deadly cover-up! We found out that this was for the purpose of powering a major marijuana grow house operation! Our dream home that we had only lived in for a year used to be used by thugs to cultivate and sell drugs! Because of the tampering, the city had to immediately shut down our power and could not restore it without a new main line run. I majorly freaked out at this news to the point where I was crying and bewildered on how to handle next. But literally as I am receiving this bad news, here comes Thomas from Bryant walking up to do our hot tub bid. I swear he had a halo over his head and wings on his back! Once learning what was going on, he switched gears and immediately made phone calls to the city, his manager, and was able to get EVERYTHING restored within a couple of hours. We were back on our feet which I thought was going to be impossible same day. There is no way I could have accomplished this without his help and could have been without power for days. As a follow up, he sent out two other electricians the following Monday to do a thorough inspection on our entire electrical system to ensure nothing else was compromised (luckily nothing else was.) Thomas followed up to make sure I felt at ease about the situation because he knew how upset and fearful I had been about the situation when we had met. We are still getting other aspects of our former-drug-farm-of-a-house inspected, but I feel like I can sleep safer at night knowing that our electrical systems are OK thanks to Bryant Electric. I would highly recommend!

When I needed complete, all-new wiring for my art studio, a well-equipped electrician from Bryant Electric Service showed up in a very timely fashion. He worked confidently and efficiently, completing all the electrical work long before the insulation and paneling worker showed up for his job. Im extremely thankful to Bryant Electric Service for their highly professional service, because they installed a much better system of circuits than I had even imagined. For example, to insure a high level of electrical safety, they connected every outlet to a ground fault interrupter. This was something I hadnt considered, but it made perfect sense and the extra cost was minimal. Also, the wall outlets are plentiful, installed in groups of four, so I have no need for running extension cords all over the place. The interior is pleasantly illuminated by well placed and efficient lighting. In addition, they installed a dedicated wall outlet for an air conditioner, another outlet in the loft, and a 240 volt outlet for a kiln. Months later, I needed a second 240 volt outlet for another piece of equipment. Once again an electrician from Bryant Electric showed up on time and quickly installed that 240v outlet right where it was needed. The results of all this work are seamless and very satisfying. In the process, everyone from Bryant was so professional and courteous, its impossible to imagine better service. I highly recommend Bryant Electric Service to every individual or business owner who wants the highest quality lighting, wiring, and electrical repairs performed by first rate, professional electricians.

WOW! We just purchased a building downtown and remodeled the interior. Craig is very knowledgeable and was a major help throughout the process. The crew he had on our job was always willing to go the extra mile and were just plain nice! The lifesaver was Thomas. Bryant Electric had installed two NEMA L6-30 receptacles in our server room. The Friday night before we moved into the building we went to plug in the server and POP! Sparks Came flying out of the Receptacle and the plug itself literally melted into the receptacle. I called Craig around 6pm to see if we could get someone out to fix the problem. Within an hour, Thomas (who was already home) showed up. He tested everything from the service panel to the receptacle just to find nothing. Dumbfounded we decided to try one more time in the second L6-30.....POP! Thomas asked if we would feel comfortable with him taking a look at the server itself. As it turned out the problem was in the server where the cord connects to the back. Thomas fixed the cord and we were able to plug in our server and get it up and running. Had Thomas not come out, we wouldnt have been able to operate. I will certainly give Bryant Electric a call for any future projects! Thanks guys!!!

I see a lot of good reviews on there, and Im sure theyre true. I hope my experience was an anomaly, but this review cant come as a surprise for Bryant Electric. I recently bought a house with aluminum wiring and contacted them to fix the switches and outlets to make them safer with aluminum. The technician was told by a supervisor to replace all the outlets with GFCI outlets. I agreed to this, because they are the electricians after all and I have zero electrical training. After the work was done, I ran a simple google search about using GFCIs with aluminum wiring and found that it was a completely inappropriate solution. I contacted Bryant and they admitted to the mistake and blamed it on a poorly qualified supervisor. They had to come out a second day and fix their mistake, but if it wasnt for me double checking their work, the error would have gone unnoticed. The sad part about it is that I still do not feel 100% confident in the work that was done given all the mistakes, but I cannot afford to have another electrician double check their work. Im giving them 2 stars because they were punctual, friendly, and communicative, but I really would have just preferred the job be done correctly in the first place.

Ive had Bryant Electric complete several projects on my 1951 home including the following: A new upgraded service box that could handle todays requirements. Recessed lighting throughout my home to highlight my art collection. A new upgraded service box that could handle todays requirements. All the electrical for a complete kitchen remodel. Two 220V outlets in my garage for Dryer and Power Tools. Outdoor lighting and outlets for a deck in my backyard. The service Ive received has been excellent and affordable. But what Im really grateful for is that one night at 3am, I heard a thud and lost all the power to my home. I called the city to see what had happened. On inspection an hour later (4am) we discovered that a tree branch had fallen and ripped my power cables away from my home. I called Bryant electric that morning at 6am, and by noon, the cables were reconnected and I had power again. Cant express my gratitude as I was having a party at my home that evening. I would recommend the business to anyone who is looking for professional work and reliable service.
