Short version: These guys are great. Its refreshing to still see businesses like this which are successful due to their honesty in business and doing right by their customers instead of cutting corners like other electricians Ive recently dealt with. Long version: I recently had a switch break on one of the breakers in my breaker box. I still have a home warranty (AHS) so I called them to get an electrician out to fix it. The first guy they sent out was from some OTHER electrician service, All-Safe Electric. He seemed nice at first and acted like hed try to fix it quickly since it was required for our Air Conditioning unit. (Its the middle of July and we have a 5-month old baby at home) Later we got a call saying the All-Safe guy wouldnt fix it because they determined the switch was broken due to "excessive force" and therefore wasnt covered. How in Hades do you apply excessive force to a switch if you apply the force in the direction the switch is supposed to move, and the switch breaks before it moves? Come to find out, the Home warranty company was in collusion with the first electrician (again, NOT the electrician from Aimhigh). Heres the scam: the first electrician bent over backwards to write up their reports on service calls in such a way that the warranty company wouldnt have to pay up. In return, the warranty company used that first electrician as their preferred contractor So needless to say I wanted to dispute that ruling, so I had the home warranty company send out another electrician. The second electrician was Jim from Aimhigh. He was very courteous and professional, fixed the broken switch in less than an hour, and helped me in my dispute with the warranty company. Its very clear that Aimhigh gets business by helping their customers and getting the job done right. I really wish the warranty company used Aimhigh as their primary electrician contractor.

Jim and his team were very professional and did a wonderful job installing fans and light fixtures in my home. They ran into some unexpected issues but were able to quickly and effectively work around them. Jim even made a run to Home Depot to buy an item that would help with an unanticipated cosmetic issue with one of my fans. Besides doing great work, Jim provided me with important information regarding electrical issues and some things I might want to consider to safe guard my house. We received a quote from a big name electric company referred to us through the Home Depot and they wanted to charge us $400 more than Jim. His prices are very fair and the work is done right. I highly recommend Aim High Electricians and will definitely be using them again!

Jim Jackson is highly proficient, efficient and a true gentleman. He solved an electrical problem that two other companies couldnt locate. As long as hes around, we wont be looking further than AIM for electrical help. My wife is also a realtor. She will be recommending Jims services. This is the second time weve hired Jim to correct something on our older home. Hes done a remarkable job both times. The night after he left, my wife confided, "This is the first time I feel safe in this house." Repairing the electrical issue was great. The comfortable feeling of safety is priceless! Thanks, Jim.

The worst experience ever !!! I called the company.The lady said at 2pm that somebody will come at 5pm. And they will call me 30 min. before. No call, nothing!!! At 5 pm I called again and they said they will call me right back .After 20 min.I called again and they asked if I want to reschedule?!?! When I said no,she said WHY don"t you call somebody else??? And she hang up on me ...I can not believe .So rude !!! I recommend NOT TO CALL this company ever !!!

Very unethical business. Terrible attitudes. Business ran out of home and back of truck!!! Something wrong if in a city this big and a shortage of electricians a company has no office and no employees. Not the company I want keeping my single largest investments electrical systems safe. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company - these folks aim low, not high!

AHS sent out AIM High Electrical. Jim arrived at the time that he stated on the phone. Very professional, polite and explained several things. The problem was fixed with great care. I will recommend them for anything electrical and will be calling them back for any other issues. Thank you for running an excellent business that has pride in their work.

American Home Shield sent Aim High Electricians out to fix our voltage problem which was causing our AC to not work. Appointment was scheduled immediately for the next day between 12-4. Jim called me at 11:15 to let me know he was on the way! Jim and Scott were very knowledgable and fixed our problem right away! Thank you for great service!!!!!

AHS sent them to us today. They were very helpful and correctly identified the problem ( AHS did not cover that problem). They removed broken bulbs from fan holders free of cost. I did have questions about landscaping lights and he identified that problem and told me how to fix it free of cost! They are very friendly and helpful

Recently Jim did some work at my home and did a great job trouble shooting the problem. he was able to get it done in a relatively short amount of time. I did not have any problems getting an estimate to install ceiling fans, and there were no hidden costs. Jim and Scott arrived on time. They had a pleasant attitude and answered all my questions. I enjoyed talking to them. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will use Aim High Electricians in the future.
