This company came highly recommended by a friend to bury our power line in the back. When I called to schedule someone to come out and give me a bid for the power line, I mentioned that I also wanted a bid for recessed lights put in. They told me it would be $85 dollars per light for the first 4 lights, then $65 per light after that. Plus $35 for a switch. I thought it was a great price and scheduled the service. The technician didnt seem to know what he was doing, he kept calling people to check in for advice. They told us there might be some minimal drywall damage we would have to repair. We ended up with TWENTY TWO holes cut in our ceiling and walls in addition to the lights and switches. We are having to pay as much or more in drywall repair than we paid to have the lights put in. All of the contractors we have had in to give us estimates on fixing the ceiling say they could have done the lights with very few holes by using longer drill accessories to drill from light hole to light hole without extra cuts. Bottom line, avoid this company! They seem cheap up front but dont seem to know what they are doing!!

We have had MZ Electric to our house two times for various projects including the install of several new ceiling lights, ceiling fans and a new outlet on a solid brick fireplace for a mantel mounted TV. This was not an easy thing to accomplish but they did an excellent job. After the job was complete there was a small change that I asked for due to my poor instructions and they were very cool about it and took care of it. They also installed some new outdoor lighting - done perfectly. This is a family owned Littleton Electrician that services the whole Denver metro area. I can tell that they are building for the long haul and taking good care of people along the way. Pricing was very fair too and none of the upsell stuff you hear about with some commission incentivized contractors. I recommend this company to family and friends.

The electricians were very good and knowledgeable. However, I was not informed they started charging when they left their office rather than when they arrived at my house to start the job. When the bill came I got them to take the half hour they werent there off the bill and paid. About 10 minutes later they came back and told me that is not how things are normally done and they informed me about their billing practices after the fact. I thought it was rude to come back when a phone call or email would have sufficed. During the intake process of a new customer they should have told me how they bill, and I didnt hear about it once in the 3 times I talked to someone on the phone before an appointment.

These guys are great! Had a bunch of work to do including track lighting design and installation in my vaulted ceilings along with about a dozen recessed cans and 2 ceiling fans. THEN had high wattage lights put in the basement for my home business. THEN had them install a 220 outlet for the dryer. THEN had them install about a dozen dimmer switches around the house. They are definitely reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Ive been using them for about 4 years now and I would highly recommend MZ Electric for any electrical projects.

Unlike the other quotes I received, MZ electric took the time to completely understand what I wanted done and then provided a professional statement of work and pricing proposal. Their electricians arrived on time; confirmed the work that was to be performed and then did it efficiently. They asked questions as needed to confirm that what they were doing was what I wanted. All of the workmanship was excellent and they completed the job ahead of schedule. I have used MZ Electric previously and will use them again if/when the need arises. I highly recommend them.

MZ Electric did an electrical over-haul for us with an extensive home renovation, including new kitchen, family room, updating of electrical throughout house, correcting problems, etc. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with their work. Best Service and Quality at affordable prices We needed to get some wiring into a winery warehouse space that was partially dry walled but mostly unfinished. It was a relatively small job and on a tight budget. MZ was able to not just spec and price the bid at a reasonable rate, but also helped with identifying better lighting layouts, more cost effective fixtures, and over all better outlet placement that met the countys requirements and helped us save money. Great service! I called one day after waiting for 2 weeks for another electrician that never showed up day after day. MZ sent a team the very next day at 7am and they did the job in 2 hours for less than the other no-show was going to charge. They called me before they arrived to let me know ETA...AND arrived on time. They were extremely polite, courteous, and best of all experts and licensed. Cleaned up and did fantastic job all around! I had MZ install a new sub-panel in my garage and am very pleased and impressed with the quality of the work. They had to run a line from one corner of the house all the way to the other, through the crawlspaces and down into the garage. I expected substantial drywall damage but they only had to create a few access holes in one room. Easy enough to fix and in the end, they got the power where it needed to go. They guys who did the work were friendly and knowledgable and Ill be hiring them again for any future work that needs to be done.

They were pretty quick in identifying the problem and solution, and were in and out in under an hour. Kevin and Zach were very friendly and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process of what they were doing and made sure I was ok with what they were doing. I also asked if they could help me with an unrelated issue where anytime my garage fuse would trip, my living room and office would trip as well. They were happy to help with that as well, and resolved that issue also. Would definitely do business with again. Thanks guys!
