We had an issue out our business and Simon came right out and gave us an estimate and did everything that needed to be done in a timely fashion and in the 115 degree heat with NO complaints and he even gave us a break on the price from his original estimate. Love the smile and the wonderful personality. Being from New York helped to being a Philly girl myself. Thanks Simon...You are awesome.

Electrical outlet stopped working and I called for repairs. Not only did Simon come outside the normal work schedule, he was also very reasonable about the volume of work for a standard one hour price tag. This is excellent service at moderate cost. I am very pleased............
