Dont go here completely dishonest, poor communication and lack of structure and professionalism. The management is a complete joke They will change trainers without notice every 2 or 3 months they cant keep good trainers because they all leave as soon as they realize what theyre into, Management will argue with you, treat you like a criminal and disrespect when your trying to cancel your membership because of the quality of training promised. after two years of training i had amazing bjj trainers but because of the bad management i decide to cancel there is so many great options in utah , theres no need to waste your time or money here... after closing my membership with plenty of time and talking with them they will tell you... in my case that my membership was gonna be good till the 28 and i was not gonna be able to use the gym after that and they were gonna stop charging to my bank account ...( "which i stop using before tha day") but of course after months they still charging so my advice take a copy of your contract cancellation so your bank stop them from taking more money...because i dont known why if they tell you that your membership is good till this month and they still gonna charge for another and another month...go somewhere else...

The quality of the instructions is great the staff is very friendly and will help you target a great goal. For a well rounded instruction course as well as having some one push you to your limit every time you come in is awesome. You could probably find cheaper gyms but you get what you pay for. And having someone make sure you put in your best every time you walk through the door is awesome. When I first joined I was skeptical but the facility is constantly improving and the crew is there to help better you. Roger is very impressive, I talked to him about what I should eat and he gave me tips to improve my diet. As well as be a friend when I was pretty timid about working out. He also helped me when I was out of contract and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I think the UFC gym has top tier teachers and as well a great community, I met a lot of good people there. My hats off to the team and I hop everyone has the experience that I did. I never left without breaking a sweat and feeling better then when I came in.

I had the chance to train out of UFC Gym in Sandy for a year before cancelling my contract, and the only reason I cancelled was because I moved away from the area. I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and was looking for a place to transition into a more combat focused training experience. I had the pleasure of working closely with Roger Alexander, who is definitely one of the most talented Mixed Martial Artists in the area. He help me create a hybrid for my Tae Kwon Do base, by adding in fundamentals of Boxing, Jujitsu, and body conditioning. This gym in not only exercise based, but also lifestyle based. All of the instructors give information and tips on how to live a positive and productive life, and it definitely changed my outlook on training and life. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area, even if youve never considered getting into a fight/training based program.

I started with the gym when they opened, then with work, school, and moving farther west in the valley I had to quit. I have signed up with other gyms, vasa, i love kickboxing, and a ju jitsu class and they are all missing one or more item I needed. UFC Gym has it all, and with change in my work schedule, finishing my degree, and having enough time to make it to the classes on time now I am back with the UFC Gym!!! They have cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, ju jitsu classes, kick boxing classes, boxing classes, MMA classes, and classes for kids. Once my kids are 6, they will be going to the UFC Gym as well. The manager, and staff is awesome, and the classes are not taught by aerobic instructors, but by warriors who push you, and dont attempt to restrict what stance you train in like the i love kickboxing instructors do. WE NEED MORE OF THESE UFC GYMS IN UTAH!!!

Disorganized doesnt even begin to describe it. To begin with, I cancelled my membership and they kept running my card anyway. Took weeks for them to stop after countless calls and emails. And I still had to pay late fees on payments I didnt need to make. If you are putting your kids in here, I would seriously consider going elsewhere. They blare profanity laced heavy metal while the kids are there, and the kids receive no structured lessons at all. Theyre basically thrown into a ring and told to wrestle. Not a good way for children to learn self-confidence or self-defense at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Try Jeremy Horns Elite Performance in WJ instead. Way more organized and they actually know how to teach children.

Every person I have interacted with that works at this gym is so completely arrogant and rude. They care more about how they appear to others than they do about their members and how to make them happy and achieve their goals. The only things that they discuss are how "great" they are and how other gyms do not compete with them on their level (which is not true). I understand that you want to up sell the company that you work for, but to target specific gyms and people that work at different gyms is rude and unprofessional. As a trainer I will never want to be employed by a UFC gym or get a membership at one based off of the encounters that I have had with the people there.

I started going to this gym in August after 5 months at another "kickboxing" gym. From day one this has been a great experience. Allison worked with me when I had to suspend my account for a month so I could get out of the membership at the other gym where I was paying A LOT more. Since then I have been attending classes at least 3 times a week. I love every trainer I have gone to including Heath, Sheila, Ramsey, and Marco! I have learned more technique and skills in a shorter period of time from these amazing people than I did at my previous gym. I have even made other friends that I look forward to seeing when I go in.

I am new to the UFC world, but have been weight lifting for years. Went in for my free trial and LOVED it!!! Hunter was great, wrapped my hands and Allison was extremely friendly and personable. Sheila was amazing and was very patient and showed me how to do everything, it was almost like having a personal trainer. On my second visit I decided to try kickboxing, upon arrival, Allison wrapped my hands and took the time to show me the proper way. Ramsey was awesome, hard, but so patient and again took the time to show me the moves until I got it right! I love this gym!

UFC GYM Sandy is the place to be. I used to be "fat kid" & at this gym there is no judgment. Everyone is welcome from kids to grandparents. This gym is very clean & very well maintained. You are always training with the best Coaches who are Professional Fighters that can work with beginners to advanced. Your goals matter to the staff & they are always willing to help you. This gym is for EVERYONE! I cant say enough about UFC Gym Sandy.
