Anthony and his team at Deep Blue did a phenomenal job on our backyard pool and spa. From the very beginning, when Anthony took us on a personal tour of local pools he had completed so we could get a better idea of what we wanted, to remeasuring the cement steps 10 times to be meticulously spaced and aligned, to the final walk through when he pointed out and erased almost invisible specks of plaster from the pool coping, we have been impressed with Anthonys artistic vision and overall aesthetic. His ability to listen to our ideas and execute on them led to a finished product with which we are absolutely delighted. Anthony not only designed and built our pool and spa, he also created a gorgeous fire pit nook and a stunning outdoor bar and bbq for us. Anthony recommended and partnered with a local landscaper to makes sure the backyard was beautiful, low maintenance, and full of native plants, as required by our neighborhood HOA. By using rock walls, raised berms, hidden speakers, and a spa to pool waterfall, Anthony helped to minimize noise from a nearby busy road and create a serene backyard sanctuary. My only "buyer beware" would be that by creating such remarkable backyard spaces, Deep Blue is in high demand. Be prepared to put your name on a waiting list and wait. Especially in the high seasons of spring and summer, there is a backlog of clients all demanding that their project be hurried along and finished up, and as much as Anthony tries, and truly means well, there is invariably some frustration as your project hits slow periods, or they have to switch to another job with a crisis, or the plasterer is overbooked, or.... Id like to recognize Nick, who has to be one of the nicest and most respectful pool guys around, always taking the time to play with my dogs and chat with my children. He consistently takes his time to leave the pool looking perfect. Carlos, one of Anthonys crew, is also wonderful, extremely polite and works overtime to get the job done right. If you are thinking about putting in a backyard pool or spa, I highly recommend you touch base with Anthony. He is not only very very good at what he does, hes also a really nice guy who wants you to love your finished product and who stands behind his work 100%. His pools are modern and beautiful, personally designed to match your needs, your available space, your budget, and your dreams of a perfect backyard.

Just bought a house with a pool, and my sons birthday was 3 days away. Really wanted to get the pool open for his first birthday, and excitement of new home purchase. Called Deep Blue because we saw one of their truck outside RC Willey. They said they could accommodate our needs in a timely manner for a $300 emergency fee, and told us it would be approx 600 total cost for the opening and cleaning of our pool. Employee showed up next day, worked on it for a few hours. Later in the day when i got home from work i inspected the pool, it was still very dirty, not clean enough that I would allow my family to swim in, nor have guests over for a party. I called their office, explained the lady said she would have the pool boy call me. Immediately after talking to office lady i got a charge on my AMEX for over $900. The pool boy called said he would come clean the pool better an no additional costs. Next day the pool boy and the Owner Anthony came over and the owner agreed the pool cleanliness was not satisfactory, but was going to charge me an additional $118 hour to finish the job. We disagreed on that seeing how the bill was already over $900. lots more than the initial quote. The conversation ended by him not willing to help, and saying "dont worry about and dont pay me anything". 2 weeks later my wife is served with a law suit to go to small claims court for $1003.20. Court date is coming up. To sum it up DEEP BLUE POOLS and SPAS runs a racket and will take advantage of their customers, provide poor quality work. The owner will lie to your face. Anthony is currently being sued by multiple people for dishonest business practices. YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS COMPANY

We had our pool completed May 2013. Deep Blue built our pool throughout winter and made sure it was finished to open up for the season. Our experience with Deep Blue was easy and exciting. I put an inquiry on their website and was called back the very next day. Within a few days a representative came to our house to give us an estimate, we were also taken to see a few other pools in the area that they built. We were pleased with it and got started shortly after that. Everyone was great to work with, all of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately! We had an amazing summer and lived in our pool pretty much through the month of October. We also have them maintain our pool which means we dont have to worry about anything but having fun! Even almost a year later we have a great relationship with Deep Blue and whenever I need them for something they are quick to respond. I would highly recommend Deep Blue for cost, customer service, maintenance, and quality! Thanks you so much for making one of our life dreams come true!! :)

I waited several months before writing a review to see if Deep Blues service is consistently good. It is. Cristy, who handles billing, has been helpful and now lets us know what day the spa cleaner will be arriving so I know to leave the gate open. And Anthony is excellent!!! He has always been courteous, professional, patient, and reliable. He explained about the various treatments, and he fills the spa and washes off the spa cover when asked. They have been flexible when I change how frequently I want them to come (weekly or monthly) and, although I wish they had an option for every two weeks, I greatly value their service. We have only a spa -- not a pool -- but I anticipate their pool service would be good as well. I recommend Deep Blue for keeping your hot tub safe and clean.

We have worked with a number of pool/spa people/companies and they have ranged from horrible (1 star) to average (3 stars). This company is at least Better Business Bureau approved and you can make complaints with the BBB. I give this company a 1 star on responding to requests, returning calls and basic communication. I give them 5 stars on fixing a problem and doing it correctly. My suggestion with this company is to make sure you are home when they arrive and have them run the machinery before they leave to make sure the problem(s) is/are fixed. They appear to be knowledgeable and are courteous. Also, you may have to keep calling them to fix the problem, even if they have come and looked at it. I have had to call about 6 to 8 times to have them fix one problem.

Working with Deep Blue has been challenging. They were scheduled to do a pool opening and cleaning last Monday/Tuesday. The opening guy was great! Very professional and courteous. The cleaning guy showed up on Tuesday and said he couldnt get it done by the end of the day and he would come back on Saturday. He never showed up. I called the office on Monday and the receptionist assured me he would be there on Monday. He never showed up again. When I called Monday evening and voiced my frustration, she politely asked me if I wanted to terminate the maintenance agreement. Nothing along the lines of "Oh, Im sorry. Let me call him and find out what happened!" This isnt the first time this has happened. Were looking elsewhere.
