I was told that the two king size comforters I took in would be 20 dollars each for dry cleaning. When I went to pick the comforters up, the charge was 64 and change. I told the clerk that I had been quoted a price of 20 dollars for each one. She very nastily shoved the bill that showed the charge into my face, as if that addressed the problem. I didnt fight her. I did make clear, however, that I wouldnt be coming back. The 20 dollars difference in price (taking tax into account) wasnt really the issue for me. It was the dishonesty of quoting me one price and billing something different, as well as the indifference and nastiness of the clerk when I told her of the discrepancy. I think if shed indicated even the slightest concern, this might be a different review.

I will be contacting the owner in the morning for how badly i was treated! The sign says they close at 11pm I got there at 10pm to do my laundry and the lady said I couldnt do it, when I asked to speak with a manger she said she was the manager, so i asked for the owner, she said she could not give out the owners information and told me to come back tomorrow and speak with the manger (So she lied, shes not the manager) when I continued to do my laundry she walked away saying "damn mexicans" and how we need to learn English. She then called the cops and had me leave. I will be back in the morning to speak with the owner if nothing is done I will be contacting a lawyer as I feel I was discriminated against

I was refused service here an hour before they closed. She was very rude and would not give us any information to contact the owner to file a complaint and she wouldnt tell us her name. She stood at my car door and wouldnt let us get out. So I was refused service, blocked from getting out of MY car, and I wasnt able to get any contact info. Super great place. I love it when Im treated with such disrespect and even more when Im not allowed out of my vehicle. I am disgusted by this place.

Some of the wall dryers do not work and there are no signs to indicate it. I didnt know the dryer was broken until I went to grab my clothes out. The staff wont refund the money if you already opened the dryer. I can understand why they have this rule, but I really didnt appreciate having to waste the $ and 45 minutes of my time for THEIR broken dryer. I felt even worse for the mother of 4 who had the same thing happen to her a couple dryers down.

VERY HONORY GROUCHY RUDE IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES . THEY SEEM TO GET ANNOYED BY THE CUSTOMERS WHEN ASKED FOR HELP WITH A MACHINE. THE WOMANS RESTROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IT IT STUNK OF OLD DIRTY DIAPERS AND MY DAUGHTER HAD TO WAIT FOR THE WOMAN TO FINISH WIPING DOWN A WASHER BEFORE SHE WAS GIVEN THE RESTROOM KEY BY THE WAY SHE WAS ONLY PRETENDING TO WIPE IT DOWN SHE WAS REALLY TALKING TO HER FRIENDS WHO WERE ALSO DOING LAUNDRY

Im new to the area, so it was my first time in there. The lady that works there is super nice and very helpfull, didnt any need to ask she just helpped me. They place is really really clean and it had great prices. I will never go anywhere eles. That is my laundry mat. Lol

This place is horrible, the worker are very rude and mean. I was getting change to do laundry and an associate approached me very aggressively and asked if I was doing laundry here and asked me to leave because she believed I wasnt. Do not go here.

Great laundromat. I go here weekly to do my laundry and find it easy to get what I need done in a good amount of time. Staff is friendly, reasonable prices, and its always clean.

There onery lady hare was terrible... Many machines are broken. Cheaper than those around, lots of machines.. need more places to sit.
