Owner does not value the meaning of customer service. I came in at 9:10AM asked for 2 shirts to be same day. The girl at counter is new so I was patient at first and then she couldnt even find me in the computer, so I became frustrated ..she said I cant take your same day order its after 9.... I then walked out of the store because I was short on time...I have been coming in here since September of 2013 so after 4 years ... and never had a problem I spend 20-35 $ a week sometimes more..I noticed the owner pull up and explained what happened and he starts yelling at me says its right here on the sign" you want me to make an exception for just you" oh so clearly customer loyalty means nothing here... Lets leave out the fact I have overlooked 2-3 shirts that have been ruined , buttons melted and holes in the bottom of shirts because they use staples... keep walking guys not worth the money you save if you are treated this poorly by the owner himself.I understand a policy but my frustration lies with the arrogance and attitude of the staff and the owner... when you are in a hurry the last thing you need is to deal with that..

There was nothing to like about this place, except maybe the price. The customer service was horrible. By asking simple questions about the place and making it known that it was my first time in, I was treated like a total jerk. They got even more surly after I told them I was trying it out because I was thinking about taking my business there permanently. After receiving my clothes back, if not only discovered that they stapled their tags through the fabric of my nice shirts (most places use the button holes), but there was a completely new stain on the expensive vintage tie Id brought in to have cleaned. After calling and asking if it was common for them to staple into the fabric of the shirt, they got irate and told me that all dry cleaners do the same, and that the stain on my tie was already there and too deep for them to remove. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff is great in the afternoons but the morning staff is obviously just looking for a paycheck and not concerned about customer satisfaction they say if its in by 9am it can be done same day walked in at 8:58 and they denied me same day cleaning the girl up front was rude and very unprofessional said oh we already started the same day load sorry I stated you say in by 9am is 8:58 well we loaded it 10 or 15 minutes ago even better the receipt I got said 8:43am and thats after I stated for 10 mins there guarantee is by 9am . Why offer a guarantee if you dont stand by it? You should start your same day load at 9:10 and not 8:45.
