I went to firstly because it was closest to home and I needed to wash my clothes before work. The dude ☝ who commented about the working AC is an idiot. The temperature was equal to a holding cell in jail. I was thrown off by the card system and how most of the machines were out of order or didnt work using the card I purchased. There were four grungy native dudes, two under a table and the other two at a table. Clearly not doing any laundry, mostly loitering at 630 in the morning. I didnt judge the at first. I watched from my car as they moved about the inside before the two sitting at the table left and the two remaining moved from under the table to sit down. When I re-entered to check my clothes in the dryer I found one of shoes on the table and the door to the dryer I was using on wide open, my clothes still damp. The suspect dudes responsible or at least witness to the situation sitting looking stupid like it never happened. Not a place I will ever visit again.

I noticed when I went in they advertised .75 cents per load. So I put a dollar in the kiosk and got a plastic card. I put it in the machine and found out its $1.25 to wash a load and .55cents is missing from my card because they charged me .55cents for the card. So I put another dollar on the card and wash my clothes. The dryer charges your card .75cents so I put another dollar on the card. When my .75cent cycle was up my clothes are still very wet, so I put another dollar on the card and dried them again and still left with wet clothes. $4.00 later theyre clean but wet. Half the equipment is out of order, no restroom, the coke machine had the front ripped out of it and so did the candy machine, and the place was filthy. And to top it all off a transient that was sleeping in there was not responsive so they called an ambulance. Home Again Laundry is as far from home as you can get. What a @&%# hole!

I was shocked by how outstanding their customer service is!! A gentleman named Marcus greeted us at the door and offered us a cart to help haul our laundry in. Next when I was about to leave to go get bills, since I stupidly assumed it was a coin laundry and only brought a roll of quarters, he stopped me and offered to help by charging everything on a laundry card and let me pay in quarters after. Then, after showing my 4 year old stepson the child play area and putting a movie on for him, he even walked me through the process of how to use the machines (which liquids go where, etc). He even brought us bottled water!! I am amazed and grateful that I came here. This is BY FAR the best experience Ive ever had at a laundry mat. Plus where else in the valley has double load washes for only $0.99??!!

I usually dont post reviews but I had to for this place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had an issue with the washers not working and when u called the owner and explained I need money returned and why, he got really rude with me and would only give me half of the money back that it stole from me. Attendant is never here when they are supposed to be and it is a disgusting place. I cant express my disatisfaction and frustration with this place. Dont go!!!

This is under maintained and their easy card machine steals $.75 from you when you first get one. The machines havent been cleaned or maintained so its a question as to whether your clothes get an appropriate wash. The wifi they advertise on the front door may actually be a perk of the wifi works, but for me I can connect either computer or phone to it. The best thing about this place is the working air conditioner.

I wouldnt go here at night. I had came in around 4pm or 5pm and was still waiting on some bedding to dry and it was around 10pm. There wasnt anyone there, attendant or anything so random creeps come in all the time just to hang out. 2 of them came in and one wouldnt leave me alone, just staring at me and making gestures. Dont go late at night or alone.

This is a great, competitively priced laundromat! You should definitely check it out if you live in the area! They offer drop and fold, detergent, fabric softener, a childrens play area, vending machine snacks, and good prices! The owners are very responsive to phone calls or in person concerns. You will feel at home at Home Again Laundry. :)

Well I guess my clothes are clean... The place looks like they put in a laundry mat when the building was new back in the 70s. Then the owners got trapped in Narnia and never returned. Dirty. Holes in the walls. Paper taped on the windows. A couple arcade games that arent plugged in. Im happy i didnt step on a dirty needle. What a s##t hole.

Some of the washing machines smell like mildew and none of them have timers. I spent $16 on the dryers alone and I left with bags of damp/wet clothes... This location definitely needs to do some maintenance on their machines, half of them dont even work! No employees/manager to speak to on-site, either. Also, watch out for cockroaches!!!

When I came in the place was clean,all the machines were working and best of all the owner and his GF went to the store and bought us all cold water bottles since it was over 115° that day. They have a childrens play room and they have a lot of toys while a tv nearby plays a movie for them while we can watch tv doing laundry.

While we were renovating our laundry room, we needed to get a load or two done and found this facility to be conveniently located, clean, well maintained, and easy to use. Their system accepts credit cards and just about any load size a person could want. Its nice to know theres a facility like this in our neighborhood!

I was able to get my clothes followed by excellent customer service. I was even able to call the gentleman for further information on how the machines operated etc. Congrats to the lady having the newborn by the way :)!

Wish i could give -5 stars, no ac, no swap cooler, money taker machine for card doesnt work, cards dont work in machines! All machines out of order. Please save yourself this nightmare and dont go...

All of the machines were pretty much out of order. You have to buy a card and then put money on the card to use the machines. Vending machines have been broken into. Facility was not very clean.

21 out of 30 dryers had "out if order" on them Place is absolutely Filthy and 3 transients sleeping at table next to coin exchanger on a Sunday at 1130 am. Never going there again...... "

Great owner! Dryer wasnt working well, so the owner refunded my money and fixed the dryer immediately!! Never seen service like this!!
