Dishonest. Damaged my property, refused to pay for it. Accused me of lying about it. Cost me $$$ to fix the repairs out of pocket. I took pictures and videos right after I noticed the damage. Kathy, the apparent receptionist, responded with an email and accused me of doctoring the footage. Then she told me that they were not liable for any damages. She even went as far as mocking me. I was blown away. I called in and was connected to Danny—who I understand was one of the managers/owners. He refused to help and just kept telling me he was too busy to handle it. I called in the next day and was told by another manager/owner that he wasnt liable and trusted his employees more than me. 0/10 would ever consider Nelson Contractors Inc 0/10 Would ever recommend them 0/10 Would ever trust them 10/10 If youre looking for a really dishonest company
