I used Wespac to build my restaurant. They built the shell of the building our suite is located in, and I ended up using them for all of my Tenant Improvements. Their bid for the project was reasonable, their communication throughout the project was amazing, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was impeccable. Working with Will, David, Tyler, and all the others was a decision I am so glad I made, and will continue to use them for any and all future jobs.
