In early July 2012 Handyman Connection repaired a pocket door in our laundry room and some rotted veneer on a cabinet at the base of the dishwasher. Phone calls of inquiry and follow-up were returned promptly, and the manager and two workers sent out to the house were polite and professional. There was little wait time between the estimate and performance of work. The fellow sent out to estimate came up with a good, simple, less-expensive solution to the cabinet-veneer problem, which was especially satisfying. He was a hardworker and did a good job repairing the pocket door, but he could not match the texture of the drywall he needed to patch after repairing the door, so the company sent out a specialist to attempt the retexturing. The house was built in 1963 and has a texturing on the walls that is unseen in newer homes, so younger workers simply have no experience with reproducing such textures. A member of our family knew something about how they were done originally, however, and, based on that information, the second worker was able to come close to the original (and surrounding) texture, but its not a perfect match. The company showed itself to be flexible and willing to taylor the job to our particular needs, which really impressed me. My only reservation is my impression the pricing is a bit high, though it could be its perfectly competitive. The overall impression is one of a group of people who are competent, prompt in follow-up, and professional in manner and appearance.

We needed help and needed it fast! We were having a pool installed and found out at the last minute that our doors were ‘backwards’ and wouldn’t pass inspection (we thought we had covered all the bases!). We called Handyman Connection and asked if they could help. The receptionist was friendly and found a way to get a service technician to our house right away to help us decide what we could do. The technician who came was courteous and prompt, his ideas were fantastic and the price he quoted was excellent. The office made his schedule work so that he could come and do the work before the inspector would arrive. He worked so hard and was so professional. The workmanship was first rate and the job looked great when he was done. We passed our inspection with flying colors and our pool is now complete. Thanks to Handyman Connection, I went from panic to relief in a matter of hours! We will definitely call Handyman Connection again.

Absolutely terrible. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had a rather large dog door, and I wanted it fixed. I was told to use angieslist to find a great handyman. So, I did. For some reason this company actually has great reviews on there. Probably fake. Heres my issues with this company: Took them 5 trips to get the job done correctly. Each time leaving a huge mess for me to clean up. On the last day, the last man who came decided that it would be a good idea to leave me sand paper and have me finish the job. I let him go, I didnt really feel up to arguing with him about it. And called the company office. I seriously got no where, besides "well take $25 off the bill". It blows my mind to pay $500 for a dog door patch up, and I have to finish the job and sand it down. It also blows my mind that they think they did the job to satisfaction. When the job is not even complete. Not sanded and not painted. Do not use this company.

I have had this company do complete remodels on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fabulous job and I couldnt be happier with the results. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My master bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. They had great suggestions and ideas but werent pushy. I have also had them do minor work like replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal. I have never had any problems with this company... I checked them out on Angies list and they looked like the best service around Phoenix. I have also had them out to my employers medical office several times. Always on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They have repaired cabinets and counters, hung our flat screen TVs in the lobby and worked with our management company (who can be very picky). Their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the services the Handyman Connection provided. Lew did some electrical work, added a locking latch to my attic scuttle hole, and did some minor roof work. He used creative problem solving techniques to get the job done and in a timely manner. What really comforted me was he has a tremendous amount of experience in the home building field, due to his own contractor business that he works during the regular year. He was professional and friendly and I definitely will call Handyman Connection again and highly recommend Lew. Check their website for any coupons/promotions theyre offering and apply to the service before your handyman leaves the premises. Theyll honor it.

Used the Handyman Connection today for the first time. Our handyman was Rob who was excellent. He was professional, showed up early, finished the job under budget and in less time than he originally said it would take. I mean really? He must not have received the contractor hand book (show up late, under bid and under deliver while being rude). Couldnt be happier and we will be requesting Rob in the future. Our job was a simple drywall patch but it covered a large area and he managed to match the existing texture perfectly.

I used Handyman Connection to install a keyboard tray in my office desk. They showed up right on time and did the work quickly and I was pleased with the results. My only complaint is that it was a bit pricey for the job done, but the speedy service justified the cost a little bit. I called on Thursday, and my keyboard tray was installed Friday morning. I would use Handyman Connection again, but probably for a bigger job to get more bang for my buck.

Ross arrived on time. He did some troubleshooting of the light panel recessed over the bathroom sink. He replaced the lighting panel which had a faulty ballast. He also installed a new door to the back yard. He was very easy to work with. We picked out the light fixture at Home Depot. He then installed it. Then Ross installed the new door and lock set. All of his work was top notch. I am pleased that I called Phoenix Handyman Connection.

From the start of my experience,to the conclusion, Handyman Connection made things easy. The office staff scheduled my appointment quickly, the craftsman arrived on time, he explained the procedure for making the repairs, and offered suggestions for materials and products. The price was fair, the work was done professionally, and was finished on time. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience, and would reccomend this company to others.

Our Handyman Mark C. did a wonderful job installing two exterior doors and a pet door. The result was above our expectations, AND he finished four hours ahead of schedule! Fair price, and he followed a rule my dad taught me about camping, Always leave the site in better condition than when you arrived.. Thank you for your professional, efficient work. I recommend the Handyman Connection to everyone who needs house repairs!
