Second time my husband and I walk in there to pure silence. There were 3 guys and 2 were on their phones doing nothing. Next time at least have the decency to say something! They had us wait so we started asking around if someone was free. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! Apparently everyone had appointments today. Still no excuse to the way they greet you when you go in. Nowhere in that place says BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! This should be specified or just simply dont accept walk ins at all. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. The ppl in charge are not professionals at all. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back again.

I just moved to Salt Lake City and found Sharks Barbershop online. I was hesitant because some reviews said customer service was terrible but I did not have that experience. Idk what people expect. I mean Oscar was cool and made me feel comfortable. He put on some good music (good vibes) and got to work. He asked me "so how do you want your hair? " I showed him a picture and he gave me exactly what I showed him! Place was clean and well kept. Happy I found my new barber in my new city.

What can i say? These people have 0 customer service skills. Would it kill to greet a customer who is coming to your place of buisness? They also dont acknowledg you unless your a regular. I was literally waiting for more then an hour an these guys just kept letting people cut in front of me. Im like you know what enoigh is enough so i got up and left. These guys are a damn joke. I wouldnt recommend them.

Best fade I could find in Utah and Ive been looking for a while. Danny Barber does a great job. The guys are really funny and really nice. They take app.s and walkins but Ive found its better to call in on the weekends. They are pretty full on the weekends. You can Also use their "schedulista" website to either make an app or to just look at all of the barbers schedules. Pretty dope. SHARKS FOR LIFE!

Horrible horrible costumer service, you go in and they just ignore you. They leave you waiting with out telling you if that day they are only accepting appointments only and not walk ins, on top of it they stare at you dirty like if they are doing you a favor. On top of it they have the tv blaring where you cant even hear. No matter how great they do my sons hair Im never coming back.

Absolutely best place to get a haircut. Affordable prices, great staff, awesome atmosphere. Whether you need a fade for yourself or for your kid(s) Oscar and the guys will hook it up! Sharks also has an option to set up online appointments which helps avoid long waits. I definitely recommend this place.

I came here to get cleaned up for my wedding and got the best haircut Ive ever had and the best/closest shave Ive ever had. It was my first time with a straight razor shave and these guys are professionals. Highly recommended for anyone wanting the best barber shop in Salt Lake City.
