This is the first review I have ever left, but I feel its important to warn other customers of what just happened. I called around noon to see how busy they were and ask to schedule an appointment. I was told there would be 5 barbers at 1pm available and no appointment would be necessary. I came in at 2:30 and sat for a half an hour as 4 other customers with appointments took priority over me. I left and called the shop as I drove away to advise them of the situation that had just happened and the gentlemen on the line got impatient with me. Working in a industry where processes and customer satisfaction are important I would consider it invaluable to have a customer call and advise of a negative experience so I can make sure it never happens again, even if I was unable to resolve with the current customer. I dont believe that view is shared by this company. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will be paying extra to go somewhere where customers and processes are valued.

I have never really had a good experience at this barbershop from the handful of times I have been here. But todays haircut was the the worst by far. I had an appointment set, and I still ended up waiting a half hour before I could sit in the chair. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, because the past times of trying to just tell him havent worked. Yet he managed to make this the worst of all of them, even with the picture. It looks nothing like what i wanted. Rather then charge me the normal 15 dollars he charged 18, because it was a "specialty cut." The only thing special about it was that it took him an hour and a half to cut it! Why should it take that long to cut mens hair? After my hair grows back in 3 months i will definitely be finding a new barbershop. I would never recommend this barbershop to anyone.

Ive never left a review before and I travel 120 days a year. I felt I had to warn others. I called to see if I needed an appointment. No. Just come on in. Cool. Got there and signed in on sheet. Still had to wait and when I questioned about the two that went in front of me, was told he does appointments, I do walk ins . Ok. So 40 min later I sit in chair and after 20 min what should have been a simple cut, need 2 reworks to try to straighten out my flat top. I have to now find another place to fix it. If you cant do a flat top, say so, otherwise dont charge 30% more.

I went to 9 to 9 for the first time today, and received an excellent haircut by Amy (Ricks wife, she said she was subbing for him). Needless to say I will go back again, although I want to establish a relationship with just one barber as I had been going to the same barber for the past 40+ years until Bob the barber retired this spring. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only thing I missed was Bobs neck and shoulder message. For now we will see how it goes in about 6 weeks, hopefully it will be another high five.

I have been going here for over 15 years, great guys Ron and Rick follow a tradition of barbers lapsing 3 or 4 generations. Nice plasma TV for entertainment and always pleasant to spend 15 mins in the chair. Reasonable price and great service with free shoulder massage at the end. Give them a try.

Been going here for years. Theyre all master barbers, and anyone you see will give you a great cut. My hair has never looked better. My brother and his boys come from Idaho every 4 weeks just for haircuts, and drive right back, so they feel the end product is worth the drive.

Utah is known for bad hair. David A. Bednar haircut on men and bad color blending on women. Just awful. Wont leave 9 to 9 with anything but a stellar cut. See Rick or Ron and they will set you up. Truly a shining star in a state with bad hair.

Ive been going to Nine to Nine for 15 years. They always treat me right and they know mens hair. There were a couple of years that I moved out of state. Even then, when I was in town, I came for a haircut when I could.

Rick does a commendable job. The atmosphere is welcoming and leaves you with a fresh feel afterward. This shop makes it easy to clarify your expectations thus preventing expectations from being violated.
