I am quite impressed with this man. Needed to run damage control on a laptop thatd had water spilled on it, and out of the computer repair shops in the area, I decided to try this one based off of another good review. While the laptop couldnt be saved (read: was not financially worth saving), he told me exactly what the problem was, and outlined every solution clearly so I knew exactly what options I was choosing between. As soon as I get a new laptop, I plan to go back to him to transfer my old files onto it. TL;DR: This guy is good, knows what hes talking about, no bullcrap, friendly and helpful.

If you own a computer at some point it will have issues. And when it does Ken is your man. He is like a superhero in a world filled with malware, bugs, menaces and trolls, trying to take you down. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable! Buy this man a cape and bring back the phone booth. Youre in good hands. K-E-N!!!!!

A man of few words with great skills, he not only repaired my computer but upgraded the hard drive all at a most reasonable cost. He was located over an hour from my home, but because of his reviews I decided he was the man for me, I was not wrong!

My family has been going to Computers by Ken exclusively for the last 3 years. He is always very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend to anyone that needed a new computer built or an old computer fixed =)

Ken is honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. When my last two PC problems turned out to be minor, he fixed them on the spot while I waited. His prices are very reasonable. Springfield is lucky to have him.
