I was ready to trash my Hp laptop but thought I should see if a repair was possible. I found Relieve My PC in a google search and explained to Victor that the computer had bassically been unprotected for the past couple of years so it was loaded with adware and viruses that would shut down the computer every 10 mins. They made no promises but suggested I bring it in for an assessment. Victor called the next day to suggest he would need to do a full reformat, but that it looked like everything else was in great shape. It was great that he asked whether I had files I wanted to back-up before they proceeded. I had only used the computer for loading pics, some MS Word stuff and internet usage so I advised there wasnt anything important to worry about. So I got the Hp back yesterday (48 hrs after I dropped it off). Not only is it in perfectly new working condition but all of my word files and pic folders are still in place! I cant wait to refer friends and colleagues to have all of their PC work done here. Thanks againn Victor!!!

Relieve My PC, although a fairly new company, prooved to be a down-to-earth, knowledgeable and professional company. I needed a laptop repair and was worried b/c repairs are very expensive. I shopped around and the laptop repair was quoted anywhere from $290 to $400. I was bummed. However, I did not give up and continue my online search until I stumbled on this local company who gave me a very reasonable quote... way less then the above quotes. I was very happy but skeptical, as I did not know who this company was. So, I checked it out and it came out clean as a whistle...YES!!! Mr. Victor Congionti did everything he promised and more. He repaired the laptop within the time-frame he said he would, gave me a guarantee, and saved me even more money than what he initially quoted. WOW!!! Who would not want this kind of service now-a-days?!! This is AWESOME!! I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends, family, and co-workers. Amazingly positive experience. On a Sunday, after 11am, I called Victor to talk through a major problem with my iMac cooling fan. Apple wouldnt service it, and 2 other services in the area werent available on Sundays. 9 hours later, after spending at least 3 hours diagnosing and repairing my iMac, I had my iMac back home, up and running. Same day service on a Sunday!! Im really picky when it comes to service, and I found Victor to be exceptional. Triple crown performance in terms of 1) knowledge and skill, 2) turn around time, 3) interpersonal skill and communication. Literally a perfect service experience, in a very stressful situation where Im dependent on my iMac for multiple businesses. Victor - I will eagerly watch your business grow, and you have earned my trust as a customer. Low customer effort on my part, and great results!!

My husband and I had been looking to get our HP laptop screen repaired for about 2 years now because it was completely shattered. Everywhere we went, we got quoted $400 and up. We just didnt see it being worth that much. We recently moved to the area and found this company and were told that it would only cost $200 so we jumped at it and now, finally have our laptop back. BOB-4/17/11 EMAILED THIS COMPANY FRIDAY NITE WITH A DELL LAP TOP SCREEN NOT WORKING. GOT A CALL FROM THE OWNER SATURDAY MORNING AND HE QUOTED $220 WHEN MOST OF THE OTHER PLACE I CONTACTED WANTED UP TO $400. I DROPPED IT OFF SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND HE HAD IT READY SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE SERVICE WAS ASTOUNDING. HE EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME SUNDAY EVE TO BE SURE ALL WAS OK. I WITHOUT ANY HESITATION WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE THEY ARE EXCELLENT.!

The hard drive on my PC crashed and it was totally off line. I called around and was quoted prices and service time that would have meant more than a week without my PC. I then talked with Victor and he quoted 2 days and a great price - lower than the others, too. He delivered as promised, the PC works great and I recommend Victor and Relieve My PC to everyone. If any of my PCs breaks in the future you can bet Ill call Relieve My PC first.

I BROUGHT IN MY LAPTOP TO VICTOR BECAUSE I HAD CAUGHT 12 VIRUSES OFF ONE LINK.. AND HE CALLED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND NOW MY COMPUTER IS RUNNING LIKE IF IT WAS BRAND NEW... I THANK HIM SO MUCH.. HE IS HEAVEN SENT.. ILL DEFF BE CALLING BACK FOR MY ANTI VIRUS PROGRAMS AND ALSO MY ALL MY LAPTOP NEEDS... IM JUST LOVING THAT HE WORKS SO CLOSE TO MY HOME... VICTOR IS MY LAPTOP ANGEL... I dropped off 3 of my business computers to the Hartford Relieve my PC location that were infected with a network virus. Victor, who assisted me, understood the urgency of getting these computers up and running as soon as possible. He was able to repair my computers on the same day. Thats service. If you you are looking for this type of service I strongly recommend Relieve my PC to you.

Above and Beyond type service. I called in a panicked state early on a Saturday morning. Victor responded in a manner that showed that he actually cared about his customers experience. He helped me right away and went above and beyond (even dealing with the manufacturer) to ensure that my laptop was up and running, with minimal impact to my day-to-day. I HIGHLY recommend.

Releive my PC is a very prompt and fair priced computer repair service. Victor was very fast in diagnosing the problems with my computer and had me up and running again at a very reasonable and fair price. I have a small business in West Hartford and Relieve my PC fixed my issues and even found two Trojans that I was unaware of. They also downloaded a free virus protection that was better than what I had paid good money for. I will definitely be calling them for any of my future computer issues be it work or home!

Victor is prompt, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed two laptops that would not boot. He had an update in 3 business days and called and email me with the results of the diagnostic. Excellent! I would definitely recommend Victor to anyone who is looking for a knowledgable and trustworthy person to work on their computer. My wifes laptop had multiple issues but by the time we got it back it was as good as new! Couldnt ask for anything more.

I had an issue with my screen and I was told that it would take a month to repair and 400 dollars. I called Relieve and they had the job done in 2 business days and for half of the cost. Very customer friendly and I would recommend this company to anyone.
