Jim at PCF is a man who really cares about his customers and he is a master repair technician. My laptop was 13 months old just past the warranty when the hard drive failed, I had a lot of data that I did not want to lose. I found him by reviewing local repair shops and he had very good reviews so I decided to go there. Jim told me he could fix the computer and try to save the data. Not only did he fix the computer and save everything I had on it he gave me all kinds of extra tweaks that were worth a lot more than he charged me. More than fair and better than any of the box stores would have done. The place I bought it told me I should just buy a new one, they could care less. My computer is now better that it was before it crashed. I dont think Jim does this for the money more about helping people you can tell when you meet him. If there were more good people in the world like Jim it would be a much better place. Cant say enough good things, I would give 10 stars if I could!!

When my charger port broke, I first went to Geek Squad and they told me it was hopeless and I should buy a new computer. I brought it to James and he was able to fix the issue for a fair price. He is a miracle worker! #supportlocalbusiness

They had some very rare ram I could only find 20 miles away and they are 4 minutes down the street. Not only that the ram at the other shop was 34$ and the ram at this shop was $19.

The guy there is very nice he helped me with my computer and did a diagnostics in it quickly and efficiently. I dont think I will go anywhere else as long as he stays around!
