I had a very good experience with PCW recently. I dropped off my iMac to get a hard drive replacement/upgrade and was told that it might be 7-10 days before it would be done and that they had to send it to their store in Orange. I was a bit wary about it having to get sent off and not too thrilled about the wait but decided to give them a shot anyways. I got a call less than 2 days later saying that it was ready!! It is in perfect working order and I have had no problems at all! I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to repair or upgrade an older Mac (the Apple store doesnt do work on machines 5 years or older) and the price was very fair. Thanks!

I had a not so helpful experience with this company. Brought a laptop with a broken hinge to have repaired. Guy gave me the price. No problem. Week later called me up said he cannot fix it, parts not available like it was no big deal. Picked it up and charged me 35 bucks for basically wasting my time and the monitor now had a scratch on it from poor handling. I can understand if it was a few days or so but a week. also 35 dollar charge for what. And a nice scratch to boot. Oh well typical customer service.
