My family had been faithful customers until my mother purchased a faulty 15" Macbook which Enterprise has failed to successfully repair or replace. The computer consistently shuts down and or doesnt restart without mechanical repair, and the problem has never dissipated or ceased to exist. Thus, the company had no problem up-selling my mother unnecessary items (for instance Apples Pages in addition to the Microsoft equivelant Word), but when it comes to repairing the faulty product they sold my mother there seems to be issues. I would recommend, regretfully, purchasing and servicing Apple products directly through Apple or a large chain retailer such as BestBuy that offers in house service in addition to Apple support.

They had my Mac for two weeks. They never called, I had to call 3 times to find out what was happening. They hadnt even written down the correct reason I brought the computer for repair. They hadnt been working on it. I had to retrieve it and take it somewhere that would actually work to fix it. A miserable waste of time. Id never, ever go back.

What a wonderful store! Clean, organized - and with friendly and competent staff at the ready to help you find just the device youre looking for. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Computers in Branford to all my friends for repairs and to buy a refurbished computer at a reasonable price.

These guys are so great! Went above and beyond to help me with my computer issues (mostly internet connection and function), explained in a language I can understand, and suggested future options (when the time comes) that fit with my budget. Highly recommend!

Very not like the service. Too expensive. For the graphics card which on the market is $25, asked for 80$!!!!! This is a swindle and deceit!!!!
