I didnt like the service provided here at all. Even though the diagnostic fee was fair they were not pleasant or really friendly. It took several attempts to even set an appointment to bring in my laptop to be looked at. He seem to be guessing and didnt say exactly what was wrong. He wasnt sure what was causing my laptop to freeze up and wasnt willing to even call for part pricing if I didnt commit to doing the repairs with him first. I was really taken aback by his aggressive attitude. I needed my work laptop repaired asap and he wasnt any help. I ended up buying a new laptop because he made it seem more expensive to repair it instead. I will not be trying his services again and can not see myself telling someone else to go there because he really didnt help me out.

After unsuccessfully installing an internal laptop fan, I decided it was time to call up a pro. After some Google searching, I called a couple nearby "computer repair" stores that either 1) charged, for what I thought, a very high price for a rather simple and non-time-consuming task or 2) couldnt help me with an HP laptop. Upon calling @ Your Service, I was told to come on down. I was greeted by Will, who promptly figured out what the issue was and fixed it. He charged me WAY under competitor quotes and did it in a fraction of the time. Will also cleaned up my computer (deleting junk files and spam) and downloaded a great virus spyware. He was quick, kind, and professional. All around a great experience. Highly recommend.

Working with computers, as I do in my publishing business on a daily basis, is great when things go well -- but when they dont, our world falls apart. I am so very grateful to have Will Genovese of @ Your Service Computer Repair & Solutions to call upon on those occasions. Hes knowledgeable, generous with his time and advice, and reasonably priced. I feel better the minute he walks in the door, knowing my problem will be resolved promptly and fairly. Viruses and crashes are his daily fare, and he handles it all with professionalism and kindness. I have recommended him to many family members and colleagues and am pleased to do so again here.

I wasnt please with the service here at all. I got the feeling he didnt know exactly what the problem was so he went for the pricey repairs. He gave me two "what could be wrong issues" but no certainty! I had to call several times to get an appointment set up for my laptop. He also wouldnt give me pricing without knowing I would choose his services first? I can not believe this is how business is done! His final suggestion was just to go but a new laptop!! I was not happy with his services or their customer care. The place came recommended to me but I would not go there again or tell anyone else to go either.
