This place is amazing. My Ipad screen stopped displaying and I waited at the Apple Store for nearly three hours to review options. I was told that repairing it was not possible.. I could purchase a refurbished one for $299 with only a 90 day warranty. But I would have to download all my settings from the cloud and I needed it for work immediately. Rich the owner at Tech Boys, repaired the IPad within 24 hours for less than half that price and its like new again. I like giving my business to a local guy rather than a large corporation--especially since the service is excellent. I will be recommending Rich and Tech Boys to all my colleagues and friends because they are courteous, professional and very competent. You cannot beat that combination.

I dropped off my laptop 8 days ago having paid over $300 for a service that the guys said they could easily perform. After looking at my laptop the guys said they could wipe out everything and install Windows 10. I received a call yesterday (one week from the day I dropped it off) from Anthony who now tells me he cannot get windows 10 on the laptop and my only options are windows 7 or 8.1, I reluctantly agree to windows 7. I was told I would be refunded for the Windows 10 software and my laptop would be done today. I will update this review after I get my laptop back. So far.....extremely unhappy.

These guys are the absolute best!!!!! I had cracked my screen just before leaving for my honeymoon. I couldnt see the screen at all and my volume suddenly stopped working as well. Not only did the fix my phone, they fixed it after the store had been closed. They really went that extra mile, were being courteous and very fast while giving me more than I had went in for. I cannot thank you guys enough. There is no one else I would recommend using for phone repairs. Phone has been working like new again.

Rich at Patchogue Tech Boys was the nicest, most patient young man to deal with! He called me right back when I left a message on their machine off hours. He was able to retrieve ALL my data after salt water damage! He was helpful and honest. He didnt promise anything but to try his best and came through ALL THE WAY!!! I really appreciated their honesty. I just called them to see about getting my Asus MemoPad screen repaired. He checked his available prices and told me that the job, including parts and repair, would probably cost $130-160, and that he probably just recommended I look into buying a new tablet, unless I found a used screen myself for much cheaper.

Rich was very accommodating and professional. They managed to pull all the data off of my very dead, salt water logged, iPhone 6. On top of that, once I had a replacement, they restored it to have all my data and I walked out of there with a carbon copy (data wise) of my pre-damaged phone. Highly recommend these magicians!

I have worked with TechBoys a bunch of times, Sayille and Patchogue locations. These guys know their stuff, and they wont kill you on price. I am a computer science major, build my own computers and all that, and TechBoys is where I bring my stuff when I am having an issue I cant figure out on my own.

I fell on the ice during the last snow storm and cracked the screen to my iPhone 6+. Called on Monday morning and the phone was fixed 20 minutes later! Excellent job! The screen is usually 100$ online and typically same to install! 195 later and Im back in action! Pricey but worth it!!

Mike and Rich are very knowledgeable. Laptop had crashed during Windows 10 upgrade. They discovered it also took down the hard drive. Fast service at a reasonable price. Initial analysis was received within hours with an accurate estimate of the repair necessary. Highly recommended.

Had to fix a laptop computer screen (non touch). The price was very reasonable. The service was extremely fast. The part had to be ordered but even that only took a day. And the techs were friendly and patient. Before you replace a tech item, consider an upgrade or repair.
