Horrible experience! had to order screen that took days, when the screen came in it did not work, in the process of trying to put back on the broken screen they broke my home button. Said they would re-order parts and let me know when they came in. Minutes after leaving the place the screen would just go black randomly. So I went to Verizon and bought a new phone. When I asked for my $106 deposit back they said they still had to charge me labor and a restocking fee, so the refund would only be $50.60! Lets get this straight, you are charging me for labor which resulted in further damage to my phone than when origanally brought in and a restocking fee for a part that is defective? Stay away of you value your time!
